This unit is one of the only condos that has a dinette area to enjoy meals with a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean, so it's highly sought after and rare! This resort has everything: a heated pool, a children's pool, a fitness area, a game room, and a hot tub! There's also a private beach access so that you can spend your days on the beach sunbathing, shelling, beachcombing, swimming, surfing, and anything else you can think of!
Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light, thanks to the floor to ceiling windows with a magnificent view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The tropical decor and colors everywhere truly make you feel like you're on a beach getaway! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
