Had a terrible time first the hotels security and management told me were I can park my truck and trailer then the next day they were towed by security. I have pics of the conditions of our room I found roaches in the room

Do not recommend this place. if I could I would give this place zero stars. Everything from the halls to the rooms are disgusting. Hairs found on both beds, stains in multiple places. The bed blankets are paper thin, the linens on the bed smell awful. I am truly disappointed, it looks nothing like the photos

Weekends are loud, even on 14th floor from neighboring bars and sites. Elevator was broken so ha to wait for just one that worked out of 4. Rooms where a little smaller than seemed via site pics. But a nice and clean stay for our tournament. Pull out beds where smaller and not conformable. Murphy beds where better than pull outs.

they went above and beyond when the sister amenities were included and upgraded us to VIP allowing us access to two other hotels with SO MUCH MORE to do, they are awesome by far

When we walked in there were several things broken in the lobby. What they said was a new lounge area was not even really more than a counter with a person behind it. The halls opened into the parking garage which was less than desirable. The halls in the parking garage area smelled.

So dirty. Tub full of long hair, toilet dirty, ac by the door is stupid loud, impossible to sleep. Walls had grime on them. Sticky floor In kitchen.

We had a fun day by the pool as a family. The bar in the pool was great & the area had a great atmosphere. No outside alcohol can be consumed in the pool area though. We had an oceanfront room. Listening to the waves from the balcony was relaxing. The room was decent for the price. We found the mattresses weren’t too comfortable but the sheets & towels were clean. Be aware there is a charge to park in the hotel’s parking deck which are NOT under video surveillance. Our car was hit & the person left. Obviously, no fault to the facility but was disturbing to be told only the first & eighth floors of the parking deck have cameras and nothing could be done. The manager said “just file it in your insurance”. Overall, decent place for the price.

Loved it!
Our room was VERY clean, first time ever I didn’t feel like I had to disinfect and clean a room before bringing our stuff in. Friendly staff, and great amenities especially at the sister hotel. The only negative comment I have is the pools and hot tubs need a good cleaning everything looked so yellow and gross and the breakfast isn’t free. But other than that it was excellent we would definitely stay there again!

Needs to be thoroughly deep cleaned
The property was good and the customer rep was perfect however the room was filthy on the floors and reeked of mildew smell the furniture in the living room was torn and the Murphy wall bed had dust all over it from the floor not being clean. My baby boy caught croup from the dirt and debris and had to undergo medical treatment currently being treated at pediatrics. He walked on the floor not even 10min and his feet were instantly black. I had to put socks on his feet which I trashed upon departure. There’s no way a room should be that dirty of its properly cleaned after each guess use.

the bathroom was not in the best shape. flooring was coming up and the shower went from very cold to very hot. not a family or older person hotel as there were many partiers and loud music.will not stay here again.

Miss Libby, you did not stay at Hotel Blue. You booked a reservation where Hotel Blue collects the monies for your reservation at check in. Unfortunately, since you did not pay upon arrival, we had no choice except to cancel your reservation.

The gentleman that helped me switch rooms from bugs (oaches) was very helpfull I think a manager, at checkout the front desk girl that assited me was very unprofessional. I would not stay there again but I am glad the manager was helpful.

Not a great Hotel
Hotel was I guess getting updated so there was building materials and a dumpster everywhere. Outside felt dirty and old Wouldn't stay here again. Restaurant for the breakfast was awful and $16 pp for free buffet type food. 0* on that for sure

Room was clean and looked liked the picture. The only complaints I have is the air conditioner in the room while on sounded like a helicopter, so we could not use it at night. The other minor issue was the water temperature in the shower. It would be normal one minute, then go to scalding hot and then to freezing. So you had to really pay attention while taking a shower. Other than those things the stay was great

My key wouldn’t work ,so I went back to the front desk and the clerk called maintenance to come change the lock on the door and he never showed up. I got partial payment back.
