Christmas vacation

The stocked kitchen helped us make our meals without missing a beat. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of sitting room at the table and in the living space. The sunrise was worth the early wake-up call each morning and the walking distance to activities was great. The multiple pools allowed for many evenings of fun.

A wonderful location with plenty of space

There were 7 of us and this spacious and well-appointed condo was a fabulous way to enjoy the beach. We had plenty of space, including multiple balconies, and everything was in great shape and very comfortable.

Last minute get away

The property was exactly as described. It was spacious, clean and conveniently located to the boardwalk. The check-in process wasn't clear in the beginning, i may have overlooked an email however after reaching out to the owner, the situation was resolved in a matter of minutes. The view was totally more than i could have imagined....absolutely breathtaking 😊. Thank you and we're making this our yearly vacation stay.

Fall Break 2023

We stayed over Fall Break. The condo was just as pictured on VRBO. The pictures online don’t do the view of the ocean justice. It’s fabulous. The building has fantastic proximity to the boardwalk. It’s just a short walk away. The only negatives to this unit were 1.) the beds were horribly stiff and uncomfortable. I don’t think anyone in our group slept well all week. 2.) the parking garage for the building is a block away. It’s not a HUGE inconvenience since everything is within walking distance, but it was sometimes annoying if you forgot something in the car. Otherwise, the unit was awesome and we would definitely book it again!

Value + View

Overall a good stay, come for the beach and stay for the view (the view really is spectacular from all spaces). It’s apparent the condo (and building) have seen a lot of traffic over the years but still very functional, met our needs, and if you’re looking for good value/bang for your buck, this is it. A few hiccups with plumbing but they were resolved within an hour, hosts and building management were very responsive. The third room is a true lockout off of the condo entry; it worked perfectly for us traveling with an extra adult, offering privacy for them as if in their own suite. Just not sure I’d put young, unaccompanied kids in it because it’s next to the entry door and out of earshot from the main area. Yes, parking is across the street (can see it from the building entrance), but it’s an easy walk, we never felt unsafe (though we weren’t out at night often), and we always found a good parking spot. Overall a good stay, would return in the off-season again (high season might be a different story with noise, parking, etc.).

Awesome but......

We didn't know we were renting two suites joined by a private vestibule, we were under the impression that the three bedroom condo was all one unit, so that was a bit discouraging but we made it work. We felt the arrival instructions could have been a little better because you really couldn't just drive up, unload and go upstairs as stated because the front doors are kept locked and you require a swipe key to get in which is upstairs in the condo. The 3 keys in the room (for all outside access and parking garage) didn't work so the front desk staff had to make us new ones (once the staff find out you rented through VRBO, the assistance level drops a little). It was unfortunate that the outside hot tub was a warm tub for most of the week :( The condo location was perfect for us, just as described, and the two units were very clean and well equipped...we weren't lacking anything that we needed in the kitchen. My husband only had two complaints, the toilet paper is cheap, bring your own...and you have to bring your garbage to the parking garage which is a block away. Other than that we would recommend this VRBO vacation condo and Rufia. Our booking went smooth. : )

Location was great, Room was clean, parking is off site across a 1/2 block alley, detached 3 rd room had kitchenette but nothing as far as paper towels, dishes etc and no microwave, temp stays on 70 with no airflow or way to change temp, has thermostat on wall but doesn’t do anything, called provided numbers but received no response, host did respond next to last day regarding question about staying later due to late airline departure, host was VERY accommodating regarding our departure time. I would definitely stay again, just would be better prepared regarding supplies for detached room.

Overall a great trip - pools were overcrowded and closed off to open air due to construction outside around pool area - so not able to use the pools at all, but no fault to the owner. Very clean and plenty of space for everyone on the family!

We spent a lovely 4th of July week at the condo and couldn't have been happier. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was perfect and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook for the entire family. Beds were comfortable, the location was super convenient, and the views were incredible! Thank you for a helping us have a fantastic family vacation!

Awesome view from all three bedrooms!!!!. This place is a must stay if you need space for your family. Property sits on the beach and just a couple blocks away from the boardwalk. The area is need some modernizing, however we never felt unsafe. The owner Rufia was very responsive. Enjoy!!!

Everything was just as advertised. Beautiful views from the minute you walked in the condo. Very well stocked kitchen. Our plans required a last minute additional night stay and we had a response to our request from the owner almost immediately! Hot tub was a hit! I would definitely recommend this property!

Booking process was easy and great communication from the owner. Lovely beachfront location. It was busy and small turnaround where you load and unload. If you have mobility issues can be a little troublesome as the parking dec is one block away. But everything to do with the accommodation itself was perfect for our needs with everything that we needed for our stay. Thank you 😊

Best view of the ocean

Booked this studio condo at the last minute for a week-long getaway. Fits two people nicely. View from the large balcony made it worth the price -- fantastic view of the ocean, high enough to be away from the noise of the beach. Spent a lot of time there. Also, this is one of the quieter stretches of beach in Myrtle Beach -- it gets much more crowded south of this area. Parking garage is within a 1 minute walk.

Condo was clean and for the most part as advertised. We never got in the pools because they were filthy. You couldn’t see the bottom most of the time in the lazy river. The parking is a block away in a garage

A few issues

It was nice except checking in. Had to go to condo to get door key for front door but couldn't get in front door of condo bldg without key. Everyone checks out at the same time. Had to wait an hour and a half for elevator to take out luggage.
