Great location

It is in need of some minor maintenance/repair (loose toilet seal, peeling wallpaper, squeaky faucets) but overall it was great. Elevator area could use some ventilation; it’s very hot. Having an information person in the lobby would help too

Memorial Day Weekend

My husband and I, plus another couple, decided to have a impromptu weekend get away over the Memorial Day Weekend (who couldn't use a break right now). We choose North Myrtle because we were looking for something quiet with not too many people. This condo was perfect for that. It is ocean view but the view is still amazing. The pools and lazy rivers were closed while we were there (not the condo owners fault) but that was ok with us, the weather was perfect for the beach. We did walk down to Molly Darcys (little Irish pub close by) for dinner one night, it was very nice. The only thing that I have anything negative to say about, is that no one told me about the garage opener. When we got there, we just parked on the 3rd floor wasn't until after that that I realized that the little remote went to the gate on the 5th floor of the parking deck. Not that big of a deal, just a heads up.
