Family Trip

Really Good-4.6 thumbs up

Pros 1. I was able to bring both my dogs(Rottweilers). No size limit and no breed specificity. My dogs are also WELL trained and puppies. So, that helps. Don’t just bring any musty, poor behaved dogs and mess up this place for others. 2. We asked for almond milk and someone came to the door in 10 minutes with 2 options. 3. We were able to check in 30 minutes early. 4. They had seasonings, 2 rolls of paper towels, pots, utensils, laundry detergent, swifter refills, dish detergent, plastic sand which bags, aluminum foil ..the works. 5. Location is 10 minutes or less from everything! Wal-mart, cheap gas, mall, family kingdom, etc Cons 1. The drain in the hallway bathroom as well as the garbage disposal drain in the kitchen were extremely slow to drain. Minimum 20 minutes. Switch for garbage disposal did not work. A message was sent in the app as well as to a personal cell number provided to me. No response. Even if “Hi, we are aware of this issue and that date of repair is after your visit” would have sufficed. 2. The ice maker on the refrigerator does not work. Made mention of this and no response. Overall, a decent stay. Place was clean, the place had everything you would need stocked(someone wet the pepper shaker so that didn’t work). Close enough to walk or park for beach access. No swimming by pier , people fish and you don’t want to get mixed in with hooks on your feet , etc etc. location is about 10-12 minutes from everything. That’s another plus. 5 stars would have been responsive to everything, even if nothing could have been done. To at least be heard. The good outweighs the bad, unless you need swift responses. When I did get responses, they were respectful and informing.

My parents short 36th Anniversary getaway

Overall experience was awesome and I definitely be looking forward to staying again in the near future!!! 4bedroom was spacious!!! Came with a lot of essentials including food, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, water, etc. the ice maker wasn’t working but the manager bought us ice until it was fix!

We had a very good experience, the place was clean and it was a pleasure having a welcome basket with snacks and water with tasty treats, the beds were very comfy and we loved the fact that pelicans was right outside
