Welcome to our beautiful vacation home! This spectacular, spacious, cozy and clean 2BR/2BA oceanfront unit is located at the Atlantica Resort which is close to all of the major hotspots of the area. This condo features two big bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a large living area with flat screen LED TV, fully equipped kitchen, its own washer and dryer. Basically it has everything you need for your vacation.

Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, and the guest bedroom has two new queen-size beds. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, blender, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator, electric range, and dishwasher.
The professionally decorated living room has a flat screen HD TV, HI-speed wireless internet, a dining table with four chairs, and a queen size sleeper sofa. Linens and towels are provided for 8 guests. There are also washer/dryers in the unit. Everything you need for a great vacation.

The spacious balcony has a table and 4 chairs, is direct Oceanfront and THE VIEWS ARE INCREDIBLE! They are perfect for dolphin watching with your morning coffee and evening wine.

ALL RESORT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED: Amenities on site include an enclosed indoor heated pool, a outdoor pool, a lazy river, kiddie pool, outer door and indoor large whirl spas, and an indoor cascading 10 feet waterfall. All are heated and enclosed in the winter (Nov-May approx.) for year round enjoyment. Next door to the indoor amenities is our one of a kind Atlantica Beach Club. The Beach Club features two meeting areas for small groups and separate private Men and Women lockers with showers and restrooms. Perfect for early arrivals and/or extra time at the beach before changing clothes on your trip back home.

Atlantica Resort III was built in the heart of Myrtle Beach downtown in 2005 and is one of few newest oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach. MB Boardwalk, MB SkyWheel, Pier 14, Fun Plaza Arcade and Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum are all within a few blocks. It's only half a mile to the Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and Splashes Waterpark. It is about one mile to the Broadway, shopping malls, airport and various attractions. This resort has been a favorite Myrtle Beach vacation destination for many, many years.

The condo was very clean and plenty of room. Two drawbacks were the weather which u can’t fix that. Lol. And the noise of motorcycles. Even on the 12th floor you could hear them and the music. Plus was room was in close proximity to Ferris wheel and shops.

Perfect location
My friend and I rented this place for five days. For the two of us it was perfect size. Me personally would be crowded with more than the two of us. Could be okay for a small family as it has two bedrooms. The location was perfect as we did not have a vehicle. Piggly wiggly a block away and we were a block from the boardwalk which has very nice bars, restaurants, shops and good strolling place Would rent again.

Good condo, building needs work
First the good: the condo is spacious, super clean, has everything you need to have a wonderful time, including a fully outfitted kitchen, and the ocean view is incredible. The building is right on the beach, and has multiple pools/hot tubs. And the owner is very responsive and helpful. Now the bad: the condo could use some updating but that doesn’t take away from the enjoyment of it. It does need another lounge chair in the living room and an extra blanket or two. With five of us staying there there isn’t really comfortable seating for five, although there’s plenty of room. The real issue is with the building. We were staying there for spring break and because the gates to the pool area aren’t locked, people not staying at the property just showed up and took over the pools. Guests are all supposed to be wearing wristbands but there’s nobody to enforce the rule. Just like there’s nobody to enforce loud music, yelling and running all night long. Oh and I hope you like the smell of marijuana. Cause even though it’s a smoke free building, supposedly, nobody enforces it and the smell of marijuana is EVERYWHERE, constantly. Bottom line, I wanted to enjoy it but just couldn’t because of the lack of rules being enforced. I wouldn’t stay in this building again.

The unit is fine, as a whole the the building is on the dirty side. Beds were uncomfortable. Unfortunately as soon as we arrived we heard dripping from the AC unit, the drip pan was almost over flowing. We had to turn the unit off and we could never get it restarted so we didn't have AC during our stay. At least it wasn't a hot weekend. We contacted the manager but they weren't able to get anyone out to fix during our stay.

March Break with senior parents and young adult children
We stayed for 5 nights and although when we arrived at 4pm the place had not been cleaned, when I contacted the property owner, she was responsive and contacted the cleaner who came shortly thereafter. It wasn’t a great first impression but the owner rectified and also compensated for our lost time for checking in. After that, I must say that the location of the unit to the main downtown was really great. Because we were 5 people staying, we needed to take a chair from the deck to use at the kitchen table and we did not have enough seating for watching television in the evening but we knew this when we reserved, so while the space can accommodate 8 people for sleeping, there would be lacking space for eating in and also not enough dishes. There were 4 mugs for coffee and then other very tiny teacup sized ones. The kitchen, while being equipped with the basics was sufficient but was not the cleanest space. The fridge was super clean and the ice maker worked very well! Although the cleaner cleaned the kitchen, it appears to need a deep cleaning because over time things have become dirty looking and sticky. I can only imagine the kind of tenants who rent sometimes, as we tend to clean up after ourselves but not everyone is like that. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels, starter shampoo/conditioner & convenient to have the washer/dryer in the unit. From the balcony we could see dolphins in the early morning!! Enjoyed our stay!
