Property was excellent. Beautiful views and we could hear the music from the restaurant below in the evenings while sitting on the balcony. There was plenty of room and the condo was clean.We had questions about the remotes and the answering service called us back immediately.

Been going to Myrtle for over 20 years and its been getting hard to find places to stay that aren't very old and tired. 702 at the yacht club was great. It was updated, very clean, looked great, smelled great, enjoyed it very much and will stay there again for sure.

The property was just as pictured. Very clean and the swimming pool was clean and huge. The beach was 10 minutes away from the property. Food selection was excellent…. So many great choices for a family of 5. I highly recommend this property for your family vacation.

Beautiful property high class

Great place, stayed with my wife, 2 kids, 9 and 12 plus my parents, both in their mid 70’s, we have high standards and this place hit all of them. We stayed for 12U Ripken and didn’t stay with the team who was in South Myrtle, per the South Myrtle reviews it’s unsafe, unclean for families. This place was awesome would stay again.

This was not our 1st time using Itrip and it probably won't be our last. We did have a few issues when we 1st hit there but texted and they responded. I have nothing bad to say about the staff Of itrips. The condo was very nice and the issues were small.

Our group had the best time at the north tower. The views were stunning, so impressed with the property and care of the pool, hot tub and surrounding a property. The unit we stayed in was immaculate. We had a little issue in our unit and was dealt with so quickly. We were just so impressed. Thanks again to iTrip.

A Wonderful Experience

My family rented a waterway frontage condo in Barefoot Landing NMB through iTrip, which in my opinion is vacation booking’s best kept secret! I just discovered iTrip this winter and moving forward, they will be my go-to platform for vacation rentals. The company is locally owned so they “get it” and I felt confident that I was booking a great property thanks to the local and helpful staff at iTrip. The property itself was very clean and relaxing, and it was beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to allow us to kick up our heels and relax. We will definitely rent with iTrip again, as well as this particular property. Thanks so much for a great week!!

Not as clean as past visits

We've stayed here in the past and the unit was pretty clean. This stay it was not clean at all, the front door is rusted and is a safety hazard from sharp edges...the counter tops were wiped down with a dirty rag that left a sticky residue...the toilet in the master bedroom has been an issue for the last 3 years, it runs constantly and doesn't operate as it should. The balcony was filthy with trash and debris everywhere. The cleaning crew needs to be fired.

Warning: bad management

This property is not being managed properly. It was never cleaned. It was dirty. The dishwasher leaked everywhere. Couldn't use the hall bath shower because tub was clogged. There were nail clippings on the floor. There was food on the floors. The cabinet shelf was broken and all of the glasses were laying on the shelf below. There was trash under the beds and behind the chair. The tub hadn't been cleaned at all. The bath towel bar in the master bath was broken and left on the sink. Stains all over the floors and cabinet doors. The couch was broken. The balcony was dirty. We have pictures of everything. Did send to the maintenance department and was told they would send someone in to take care of everything. We had a newborn with us which didn't make them coming in after the fact convenient at all. This should have been done BEFORE check in. It was all very noticeable! Definitely not worth the money. We had to clean and also paid a cleaning fee! Have stayed at The Royale Palms many times and thought we would try something different. Never again! Stay elsewhere!

We loved the view of the marina! The condo was nicely furnished and decorated with plenty of room for our granddaughters. We were surprised and happy to see the fireworks at Barefoot Landing on Monday night. The fireworks were almost at eye level from the condo balcony!

Family vacation 2025

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was so nice sitting out on the balcony every evening having a drink, watching the boats in the inlet and listening to live music at times. The pool was amazing! The location was fantastic as it was close to restaurants, attractions, groceries stores and gas stations.

The property is beautifully decorated, fully stocked and great location. The view is great of the waterway. Bathrooms for each bedroom which is a plus. The commodes could be the standard size which is higher. They were quite low, overall the stay was wonderful.
