The sea castle condo
The condo balcony is on side of building and although we have ocean front veiw its too the right /south. The neighboring building was vacant and property was ugly and unkept. While not the fault of this condo it took away from enjoyment. Lots of kids running a muck in the area after 8 pm. Definitely worried about vehicle vandalism. 6 mb police showed up and escorted them off the neighboring property as we watched from balcony. I dont recall any safety issues on any previous trip to NMB.
We enjoyed being ocean front, used the pools and hot tub. The guys maintained it every morning but my 5 they were full of bugs and debris ( which may be from the dunes blowing?)
The parking garage was difficult to manuver in because we have a large truck and there are pillars ever 2 parking spaces but has 2 spaces to use.
The condo feels smaller than the photos looked, but there was plenty of room, seating. The balcony space was large and had nice furniture on it.
The bedrooms all have a window opening to the main hallway and i felt like people could see in the kids bedrooms which left me weary.
A couple maintenece issues needed addressing such as door handles breaking, which previous renters noted in the sign in book too.
The condo had plenty of needed items we brought food, toileties and were all set.thye even had chairs to borrow, we brought our own not knowing. I thought that was NICE.
there were losts of personal photos around the condo. ( my little kids just assumed they were of us years before)
We've stayed in myrtle beach 4-5 times we've have nicer and worse condos, this price was steep for us.
