Myrtl Beach resort has beautifully furnished one and two-bedroom condos with oceanfront views, park views, and low ocean views. Amenities provided include a water park with a 375-foot lazy river, wet deck with a bucket dump, the Grand Strand's largest oceanfront swimming pool, a kiddie pool with mushroom fountain, and a large 12 person hot tub. Arrival:

When you arrive at the security gate, use your access code (provided to you before arrival) to get through the gate.

Your parking pass will be waiting in your unit. Be sure to display the pass on your windshield for the duration of your stay.

***Only 2 vehicles per reservation are permitted*** If you have more than 2 vehicles, contact your host to make arrangements.
THERE IS NOW A FEE OF $20 FOR A PASS TO PARK

You can park directly in front of the Tower for a maximum of 20 minutes to unload your things only (carts are inside the lobby). Then you'll need to move your car to the main parking lot.

Vehicles -

Parking pass - Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle windshield at all times. Towing & tickets are enforced, at owner’s expense. *Resort fee covers 2 vehicles per reservation & use of Resort amenities. If additional vehicles and/or visitors will be coming to the Resort, please contact your host for parking pass & additional fees.


Parking @ the Tower - When you proceed through the security gate, you'll pass tennis courts on your left, and then come to a fork. Bear right toward the Renaissance Tower.


You can park directly in front of the Tower for a max of 20 minutes to unload your things only (luggage carts are inside the lobby). Then you'll need to move your car to the main parking lot. Tickets are enforced!

During your stay, you'll use your 4 digit DOOR CODE. The device AUTO LOCKS, so PLEASE do not touch or turn the lever on the inside of your door. This may result in disabling the lock, leaving your door unlocked. If it is left alone, you can allow the AUTO LOCK feature to work on its own.



This condo is SMOKE FREE - Renaissance Tower is a SMOKE FREE BUILDING

No smoking of any kind inside the condo or on the Balcony. (This includes cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). If smoking occurs, a minimum charge of $300 will be assessed to your stay.

Any and all smoking must occur outside of the building in the designated smoking areas.


Kitchen has oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer. (dishware, cookware, utensils).

No burning of candles or incense of any kind.

No coffee grinds or food of any kind in sink drains. Please discard coffee grinds in the trash bin only.

Please no eating in bed or on the couch -- *Stains on linens may result in extra cleaning fees.

Motorcycles & Trailers

Motorcycles are allowed.

Trailers of any kind are NOT allowed during the year.

**Trailer exception: During Bike week. Inquire about trailer size limits & fees.

Animals of any kind are prohibited


Age Requirement

1 or more individuals listed on the reservation must be Age 23 or older. The Resort does not allow renters under the age of 23. Resort security will refuse entry at the gate if you can't produce ID to match the reservation.


No grills Per local fire regulations, use of grill inside condo or on balcony is strictly prohibited.

The Resort provides grilling areas for use.


No clothing, linens, towels, etc. shall be hung from balcony railings.


No use of fireworks permitted on Resort property.


Quiet hours Excessive noise after 10pm and before 8am is a violation of local noise ordinance. If security is called, they may request for you to end your stay.
