We booked online. Was told when we got there our room wasn't available and wed have to either cancel and wait to get our money back (which we couldn't do) or pay the up grade fee, very rud and very hard to understand front desk operations. 3rd floor no elevator, tub filled with water while showering, no hand towels or wash clothes, only 2 towels, sink was broken, ice bucket, no ice machine, air was turned off on 97 degree day took about 4 hours for room to cool off, never really got cool. Dog next door barked all night long
