The unit we stayed in was very nicely decorated and spacious. We love the living area and kitchen. It had plenty of room for our family and we liked being on the first floor.

Worst VRBO ever booked

The property did not live up to the description provided, such as fully stocked kitchen, designer furniture and grilling areas....NOT!!! The designer furniture included plastic lawn chairs in the living room with pads on the seats. Kitchen was not fully stocked as there were not spices and very few dishes compared to other VRBO properties we have rented. Any renter should plan to bring everything except the kitchen sink. The deck furniture was also very cheap (plastic lawn furniture) compared to other condo's around us. It appeared this unit was just a hotel room and not a condo the owner would use. It took at least 5 minutes to get hot water to the unit. The master bedroom toilet seat was cracked and had to have the maintenance man replace. He also replaced vertical blinds that were missing. If the sun in your bedroom wakes you up this is not the place to stay as the vertical blinds are very cheap. The maintenance man even commented that they were junk and useless. Also, the mattresses on the beds were terrible. We tried to flip one of the queen mattresses but found out it was a pillow top and couldn't be flipped. When we remade the bed there were 2 bottom fitted sheets on it and on the bottom one there was dried blood stains on it. Also, found blood stain on the master bedroom sheet! Overall, I would not recommend this unit and as I said this is the worst experience with VRBO and feel some refund is due back.
