The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1) Remove all your food from refrigerators and cupboards. 2) Take all the trash to the compactor - located at the north end of the parking lot. Opposite end of the pool/restaurant area.
3) Please strip any used beds. 4) Any blankets taken out of the closets need to be folded neatly and put away. 5) Make sure dishwasher is empty, and all dishes are put away before your departure.
6) Set the thermostat to 75 degrees during the spring, summer & fall and 65 degrees in the winter. 7)Please text "SBC #920 has checked out" to 704-502-3290 or call the same number and leave a message.

Perfect Getaway

Our family couldn’t have asked for a better experience at your condo! From the prime location to the amazing beach access to the responsiveness of the owners, this condo was everything we were looking for and more. Amazing ocean front property. Beautiful views. Convenience of all amenities is awesome. Laundry on your floor makes your stay even better. Our family has been coming to Sands Beach Club for about 5 years now and it feels like a second home when we come down. It’s a great location for the kids to find hermit crabs, fish and other crabs, they have a blast floating in the inlet! Ken is a great host, very communicative and friendly. We will definitely be back for any future visits!

Anniversary Weekend

We had a great trip to Myrtle Beach celebrating our 36 year wedding anniversary. The weather was great and the condo was exactly as described. We had everything we needed for our weekend get away. We cooked a few meals in and we also ate out. We love this general area and we will definitely stay here again.

Oceanfront Condo @ Sands Beach Club on S... Host: Ken Bloch - Owner

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Sands Beach Club. The condo was clean with a spectacular beachfront view, and nearby to everything we wanted to see. The owner was very communicative and the property not overcrowded. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, pans, lg bowls, blender, etc. And the freezer had an ice maker, which we greatly appreciated. We have nothing but praise for the entire experience.

Second stay and just as good!

We loved our stay here so much two years ago that we returned for a second week! The property is beautiful and peaceful! The owner communicated everything we needed to make our stay smooth. Unfortunately, during our stay the balcony was not useable but it was communicated ahead of time and we were reimbursed for this inconvenience. We still had an amazing time and enjoyed the unit. We may go a third time!

Sands Beach Club stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Ken was awesome with communication about the property and prompt with responses. We loved the 3 larger tvs, the king size bed in the master bedroom, and the 2nd bedroom with both a double bed and twin bed. The couches were comfortable, too. The kitchen was well stocked with skillets and pans of all sizes, and even a hand mixer! It was so easy to get to the beach, just a few steps away. How wonderful to experience this ocean front condo! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at #920 this summer. The owner was very responsive to my email inquiries prior to our stay. And, during our stay he very quickly had someone out to look at a window leak in one of the bedrooms. The condo was as represented in the ad. It was great to be right on the beach and the kids loved that the building had an indoor/outdoor pool. There are lots of food options nearby. The building itself is a bit older and worn. And, it's located in a very developed area.

Sands Beach Club

Worst part of the vacation was having to leave. This Condo is in a great location and it was easy to get to many of the attractions. Ken is super easy to work with, he made sure i had all the information well in advance of our arrival. The Condo is clean and spacious, even with two teenage boys in tow. There were no surprises everything is as Ken described. If you are looking for a place away from all the hassle then look no further, i highly recommend you stay here. I look forward to renting this place again next summer.

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get, no misleading pictures at all. This place was exactly what I was looking for. I loved it and would rent again. Very clean and I loved layout of the rooms and the kitchen. Kitchen was my favorite as I do cook a lot. Countertops are a beautiful touch. All applicances were very clean and nice, which is something that matters a lot to me. I thought the queen bed would of been an issue as my husband and I have a king, but it was comfortable and we slept pretty good without waking the other up. This condo is located in an idea area. I dont care for crowded beaches so this was a plus. We enjoyed walking to the pier every morning and then again in the evening looking for seashells. We did have to drive a few minutes away to other attractions, but was not inconvenient at all. I actually just loved sitting out on the balcony or on the beach. This will be one of my most memorable vacations. Thank you Ken

Perfect from beginning to end!

Everything went smoothly once we arrived! Easy to get in to the property and get settled! We LOVED the views from the balcony, easy access to the beach, the privacy and quiet of the location. Our teens enjoyed themselves as well. Everyone was just able to relax and lay on the beach, by the pool, go for endless beach walks, shell collecting, tennis, volleyball. Super convenient to shopping and other activities! Excellent vacation! Trying to figure out when we can go back! Thank you for making it such an easy process!

Great location everything was within miles stayed a week and never had to fill my tank. Also right on the beach with volleyball basketball tennis courts pools etc. No washer and dryers in the condo but there are washer and dryers on each and every floor good luck on getting quarters…..LOL
