Great Getaway for a family of 3

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Was right on the beach, right off the elevator and the parking lot was close and simple. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great room, pool hours / lack of pool bathroom are disappointing

The room was pretty clean, we did notice some mold spots on the shower curtains probably because the drain wasn’t working. We were disappointed in the pool hours of 10am and closing at 9pm and the lack of any bathroom by the pool, so you had to go back up to your room to use the bathroom. It seemed to us it would be nicer if the pool opened earlier or stayed open later. Also the outdoor pool was freezing and dirty. The outside hot tub was also inconsistent in temperature and also dirty most of the time.

Location perfect- a few hiccups. Very responsive property manager.

So the pros- location in the heart of all the fun. Seconds from everything. On the beach. Also the unit is on the end right by the elevator on the 2nd floor- making coming and going a breeze. The condo itself is nice. Overall fairly clean and laid out perfectly for a family. The two full bathrooms are perfect. And having a kitchen is wonderful. the entry area is large enough that you can leave all beach toys and shoes without them being in the way. The cons- first things the property manager can control- which were minor. The keypad to get in is a little fussy and takes a bit to figure out. We had only 2 forks- so we had to get a pack of plastic forks. Also the cleaning person needs to be more thorough. The floors were still sandy and there were beer cans and sticky stuff under the sink- also looks dirty around the fridge and mildew/mold in the handles in the bathtub- just needs a deep clean once in a while versus they typical once over- and it’s due for a deep clean. But not a big deal. Now the cons that I think people should know about but may be out of the owners control (but hopefully they can address with the appropriate people)- the building is older and more run down than is shown in pics. Including the pool and common areas. There was partying, loud music and smoke (both cigarette and weed) out in the open on the property- made us not appropriate for kids to hang out and enjoy. Also they need to enforce parking passes in lots- we had a hard time getting a spot.

Excellent location & beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay in Myrtle Beach. We had a minor hiccup at check-in, but the property manager was very responsive and promptly addressed it. We liked that this was an end unit. We will stay here again when visiting Myrtle Beach!

Relaxing and Conveniently located

It was an easy check-in process. The place was clean. The host contacted us on the check-in day to make sure everything was okay. The location is great for getting around Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful Beach

This property was excellent for our stay. We weren't there much but the only thing I would have liked would have been a small dresser for personal items like socks, and underwear. All in all though, it was one of the nicer places we have stayed for the price.

We had. Wonderful stay. The suite was just as the pics describe. The location perfect. We the grounds. Sitting & relaxing in the sun. Perfect Would definitely recommend this place. And we definitely stay here again!

2 bathroom suit

Property managers were fabulous answering any issues we had & were very accommodating on early ck in. The only problem was the unit we stayed in needed dressers for cloths . What they had were ridiculous small , we had to lay our cloths on the extra bed . The king size bed was very comfortable & the 2 bathrooms is plus .

Myrtle Beach Stay

The unit it self was clean and nice. However, a closer background check needs to be completed for some of the other units. Unfortunately there was spit in the elevator, smoke, and Marijuana coming from other units. People were throwing trash in the pool area from the balcony. My husband had to scream at them to stop. It's sad because the janitorial and pool maintenance staff began early morning cleaning the property to make it nice just for others to trash it. The people working were super nice and hard workers so it's sad thr other's can't take care and respect people's property. In my opinion something needs to be done about this. The unit was great, clean, and as described.
