Not enough explanation given for amenities

Not enough explanation given for amenities. During our stay (June 8-14), the pool at the tower was not open due to extensive construction at the tower. And there were no instructions in the unit that explained where the pools shown in the advertisement were. It appeared all of the pools were gone. Until we looked at Google maps and could see them. Also carefully read the WHOLE email that you are sent for the listing. Towards the bottom there was a note that the pool would be closed until May (again we were there in June). We stayed on the 11th floor so the noise from the construction wasn’t too bad. Having to walk around the building instead of through to the back was not great but wasn’t a major problem. The exercise room was open when we arrived but closed during the week for construction. The game room was open but smelled weird (teenagers I’m guessing). The sauna/whirlpool was not available and neither was the onsite shop (which we were given a small discount for). The sound proofing in the building is pretty good. They have lots of parking. The other pools were nice once we found them.
