Excellent place to stay

Excellent place to stay. Communication was great. Grandkids had a blast. Pool and the beach. Everything a walking distance to the stores and restaurants.

Great location

Location was great, we did go out and buy a mop because the floors were very dirty. The people next to us were smoking marijuana and playing mysic loud other then that good stay

Great room and view

The room was great. Great ocean view and the room was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. I wasn't a fan of the resort itself. The parking was terrible it was definitely geared towards families with younger kids and not teenagers. The pool bar was nice.

Amazing ocean view.

The ocean view is amazing and the location was great. The checkin/out is easy and convenient. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only negative is the floor was very dirty and the some of the dishes were not very clean.

CCU move in weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Caravelle. It had easy access to the beach as well as to restuarants within walking distance. Loved our view of the pool and beach. Would recommend more lighting in the unit - in the bathroom and in the main living area.

I wouldn't plan to make any big meals here but it was perfect for my husband, child and I. Also if you go through Air Band B or verbo you don't have access to the bar or resturant. That did not bother us.

The room was decent. It was roomy and beds were comfortable. It could have been a little cleaner. The floor looked clean, but your feet turned black after walking on it for a little. The kitchenette was nice to have and was pretty well stocked. The property itself was dirty, and constantly smelled like weed. Pool was nice though, and it was great to be right on the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was alright however the pictures do not represent the room. There is literally no counterspace to use for cooking. The condo needs a deep cleaning and paint. The furniture is old and worn out.

Very cozy getaway

It was a great stay overall! My only issue was they don't send the check in info until the day of check in promptly at check in time which is 4. In that check in info it contains that there is no toiletries provided, garbage bags, paper towel toilet paper ect. This through us off especially traveling with two young children it would have been nice to know prior that there would be no toilet paper so when we arrived and our youngest has to use the restroom I could have been more prepared.

Other than that the condo was amazing. The view was beautiful. It was huge in size for just me and my two girls. We could have easily fit up to 7 ppl in the condo. We will definitely book again

Had a Fantastic time

Property was not super clean. Halllways were older and a bit dirty.The room was clean and had a great view of the beach. We had everything we needed. The sheets and toweks were freshly laundered. Pool was great( get there early not many chairs) There is a large hot tub and beach was a 2 minute walk. All the entertainment was close, most a short drive and others 15 mins or so away. There is a roof top deck on 7th floor that is perfect spot for watching the sunrise. There is also an indoor pool up there. Great little kitchen if you want to stay in and cook. We will be going back next year IIt was a great place to stay and it did not break the bank.

What you see if what you get

The check in process was simple. We received our door code right on time. The room had been cleaned. However the floor did have sand on it. I’m not sure the floor is properly mopped. Our feet and socks were black. Which seems to be the norm by reading the previous reviews, still not acceptable. There is quite a bit of noise from the pool area at night, but it clears out by 10 pm. it wasn’t an issue for us. If you have a small child with an early bedtime, that may be an issue. You don’t have access to ALL of the amenities if you book through this listing, that’s something to be mindful of. Especially if you enjoy having an on site restaurant. Overall the room was great for the weekend. Not sure I would return to this particular room but would definitely visit the resort again. If you’re someone concerned with parking this place is great as far as that goes. We stayed in the 5th floor and was always able to park on the 5th floor. You will smell marijuana, even though this is a no smoking property.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel it self was great the bar outside and the little ice cream shop was amazing and the women that runs it was so nice and friendly. We hated the parking garage there was never a spot and we had to park across the street. Not the best when you have groceries. That the only thing.

Poor run down studio

We paid for a 1/2 bedroom CONDO updated and beachfront condo. Got a nasty, smelly, dump studio! The beds weren’t even made we had to put our bed linens on the beds. We were not beachfront we were beach view. I spoke with representatives on (3) different occasions before our arrival that we were getting exactly what we paid for. We seen several different condos thru windows that were exactly what we paid for. I will never book thru VRBO nor stay at Carevell again.

Nice place

Everything was nice. The room is a nice size, nice view, AC was decent. Good location, was able to Uber everywhere. The various pool options were great. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled like urine.

Great location, rooms and hotel could use update

Overall, we had a nice stay. Beautiful view, minutes from the beach. Everything in the unit was working well and beds were comfortable. On our arrival, our floors were pretty dirty so we washed them with the mop that was in the unit. Our room would need a deep clean however, as well as the building. When we in stay in Myrtle Beach, we always choose lodging with a pool. The outdoor pools were open, however the indoor one was closed due to renovations and this was extremely disappointing to us since the listings didn’t mention this information. We could live with the unit needing cleaning but were saddened we couldn’t swim indoors as planned.
