With both outdoor and indoor pools, complete with a hot tub, and a prime location right on the Intracoastal Waterway, you're in for a treat! The beach is just a quick 12-minute drive (4.6 miles) away, so grab your flip-flops and get ready to soak up the sun!
Our inclusive condo is the perfect spot for everyone.traveling couples, small families, and even solo adventurers. We've got you covered! And guess what? We're military-friendly too! Plus, our community has awesome amenities like a walking path, a large turtle pond, charcoal grills for your BBQ cravings, and even a tennis/pickleball and basketball court for those friendly competitions. Oh, and don't forget the mini putt-putt area. Guaranteed fun for everyone!
Important note: Our place is a pet-free zone. Sorry, furry friends! We also can't accommodate motorcycles, RVs, campers, commercial vehicles, boats, or trailers. But don't worry, we've got everything else covered!
Picture yourself enjoying the view from our porch, overlooking the serene Intracoastal Waterway. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind with a cool drink or enjoy a tasty meal. The peaceful and picturesque boat traffic gliding by will transport you to a state of pure tranquility. You won't believe how peaceful and serene it is year-round!
We are forever updating the interiorfor your comfort!Fresh carpet, flooring, and furniture were installed throughout the condo as of July 2023, alone. So if you arrive and see a newerappliance or more pillows than what we have in the photos, you are experiencing an upgrade no one else even knows about yet!
A friendly heads-up: Our neighbor downstairs is a full-time resident, so we kindly ask you to keep noise levels in check. Let's be respectful of their space and maintain a peaceful environment. Late-night party animals, this might not be the best fit for you. We have quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am for everyone's enjoyment. And sleep easy knowing safety is a priority with security guards on-site during evening hours.
Inside, you'll find everything you need for a fantastic stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, giving you all the tools you need to whip up delicious meals. Forgot your blow dryer or need some first aid essentials? Don't worry, we've got your back! Check under the sink in the bathroom for those little necessities. And for any wrinkled clothes emergencies, you'll find an iron under the bathroom sink and an ironing board in the bedroom.
When you arrive, take a moment to read the community rules we've left for you. They're inside the condo and contain essential info like pool hours,local suggestions,contact info, and even a little bio! Let's make sure we're all on the same page and have a smooth and enjoyable stay together.
Got a service pet? No problem! Just give us a heads-up 24 hours before check-in so we can notify the HOA and make sure everything is in order.
