First time at Myrtle Beach

Love the condo but it was not very clean. Floors were filthy. Your feet would be black in a matter of seconds from walking on the condo floor so we always had to keep socks or shoes on. Everyone was very nice. Location was great. Parking however was a nightmare. No where to turn around to come back down and if you drive a large car like we do it was very hard passing another in the parking.

Family vacation

The room is super clean and very nice. We loved just going to the room with no wait time to check in. Both my boys loved the splash pad and pool we will definitely be going back next year

Fantastic location!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The pictures are totally accurate and the room was very comfortable. We will recommend to our friends and family. 😊

Great for families

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. I gave cleanliness a 4 because although it was clean the toilet seat needs to be replaced and a coat of paint for the walls. You must wear your wrist bands to the pool as you will be asked to show them.The restaurant is open to all guests and is very good and only accepts credit cards. All of the resort is cashless.

Nice place

The unt was as described. Parking and the elevator can be a bit of challenge but its is a resort so.... no issues. Good food nearby as well as grocery and drug stores. Most are walkable. Pool is very crowded and can be a bit noisy until it closes at 10. Overall, 4 stars.

Great location !

Enjoyed the location of the property. With two kids under age age of 10 it was the best option for us - walking distance to the beach and pools. Have not used the gym , however, game room and gift shop always open, clean. Most if the time we cooked at our place because it was more convenient for us, but if you want something to order or going out , there is plenty restaurants just in 5 min drive. There was one place just in 5-10 walking across the street for pizza and other food. Since restaurant at the resort did not have pizza- we did not go there. There’s limited space for parking though, therefore if you come late from somewhere, they had optional parking across the street. In overall , kids were super happy and busy with pools and beach , therefore overall rating I put 5 starts , because that’s important for me.

Talk about disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was nice but the air conditioner didn’t work! Called the office still had no air the whole time I was there! Good family get away

Things we loved: - right on the beach! - pool was excellent - area felt safe - kids loved it Things we didn’t love so much: - VRBO was particularly sandy on arrival. Literally, And everywhere and rather a large pile swept under the rug. But we found the broom - not a big deal. - kitchen utensils weren’t great. Bring your own plastic spatula, can opener, knives, etc. - no storage space. All kitchen storage was either locked or already filled with stuff. We ended up piling things in a corner. Not the end of the world. Just mildly annoying. Overall, a good experience. Kids had a blast. Area was nice. Would book with this company again.

Cute but Dirty

The fourth floor unit is conveniently located right off the elevator and parking garage. The building itself as well, is in a great location. Shopping and places to eat in each direction. The unit itself was set up nicely, however dirty! The floors turned our feet black, I wiped down all surfaces before unpacking anything and I purchased shower cleaner to scrub the tub myself. We also encountered a couple of roaches, both on the floor and counter area. Additionally, the toilet never stopped running, until the tank overflowed all over the bathroom floor. Mngmt was though, very responsive and quick to have maintenance fix this problem.

Myrtle Beach

We had a wonderful visit to Myrtle Beach. Tropical storm Ophelia had us in the room a lot more than we had hoped for. The floors appeared to be clean but our feet were filthy...dark socks are recommended. I did sweep daily but the broom is a $2 broom that I have at home on my back patio, but be careful because the metal handle is broken in half and is a danger to use. We chose a place with a kitchen to save on our expenses with meals. The pots and pans were basically garbage with deep scratches and gouges of all the Teflon scraped off. The handle on the frying pan is super close to breaking off, be careful if you are holding that this doesn't happen to you. Disappointed I am unable to upload pictures of everything I have said in this review.

We arrived to a full lot, having to use the overflow lot across the street. enter the room which was not cleaned, The dishes were wet in the cabinet, there was a order of stale in it. We also was unable to watch the television for it freeze on every channel doing the whole stay. reading all the fine print they told us do not think you will get a refund for anything although you pay for a full package. I was not empress ans was very hurt. My first time in Myrtle beach and i do not think because of Mother Nature Of God the Scenery that is, the water and the sand that One should be giving the bare essentials of out of town guest in someones establishment. so i think that they should have giving me and my Husband some potion of our Money back. Waiting to see if they will. Unhappy new comer!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The process was smoother than I thought - I appreciated that.Some things we loved;The room and beds were a good size. Pretty clean. We did a bed bug check and didn’t find anything. Super happy to find full sized appliances!!! Well put together. The pool was cleaned daily - we watched from the balcony. The pool/secuity staff was kind and professional. We enjoyed the view and location. Felt fairly safe. We had family in a room on the 12th floor and didn’t think anything about sending an 11 year old and 5 year old up and down between floors together. Things to improve;The carpet in our room needs a good cleaning. The cleaner came and vacuumed it but it needs a good shampoo. The pots and pans were terrible, but I did bring my own based on previous reviews. Please replace the broom... it’s broken and embarrassing that it’s still in the room after numerous reviews. The cleaner left a newer one with us that saved us! The mop is also super gross. Our sheets were clean but stained - investing in white sheets that can be bleached at the worst would be smart. We did see a cockroach come from under the front door. I understand the building sprays for this. The floors in our room were very very very dirty - that being said, as a Canadians, we do not wear shoes inside our homes/hotel rooms. I swept well and then cleaned the floor with wipes twice during my stay. Made all the difference in being able to go to bed with clean feet. The things that need improving in the room seem like simple things to change if the owner could invest into it.All in all - we had a great time!! We would definitely consider coming back. Even to that room - but I’d be disappointed if the minimal things that need attention weren’t done.

Exceeded Expectations

Spent five nights here with my fiancé and her five-year-old daughter. The location of this unit on the 4th floor is IDEAL for both beach and pool access (2 minutes to the pool and 3-5 minutes to the beach depending on how much you carry down there with you). A big positive for this location is that the parking garage goes to the 4th floor so you also are very close to parking, especially when unloading and loading your vehicle. We also loved the balcony, as you can see both the beach (at an angle but still a very good view) and pool area below. Enjoyed snacking and taking in all the action below from the large balcony each night. The spa within the unit is large for a hotel-style room. Plenty of comfortable seating for a group of 4. The beds were adequately comfortable. Kitchen area was lacking on counter and storage space, but the full-sized appliances were huge for us. Made simple meals in the room. Bring your own cookware if you plan on cooking anything substantial. Water pressure in the kitchen sink is very low. There is plenty of glassware, cutlery, and plates. The bathroom was adaquite to meet our needs but nothing fancy. Room was clean upon arrival, but as the days went by it was totally impossible to keep sand out of our space. It made us appreciate all of the effort that went into cleaning the place before we checked in. Overall this resort was perfect for our family. Would recommend for any group with kids looking for easy beach access and fun pool environment.
