Summary:
Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. 2nd floor (must climb stairs) Gorgeous condo at River Oaks. Built around the River Oaks Golf Club grounds, just off international drive, 15 minuets drive from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 2 guests.

The Space:
2 bedrooms/2 bath condo on the second floor (must climb stairs) with 2 queen beds. Can accommodate 4 guests
Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony.
Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with white access card. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your vehicle. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken parking tag.
