Luxurious beach getaway

The property was clean and well kept with a spacious kitchen and living room and dining area that was perfect for our family. The gazebo style screen porch was so inviting and relaxing with pool access steps away. We loved this place and will definitely visit again soon as well as tell all of our friends about it

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was so nice to have space to spread out, rather than the whole family being cooped up in a tiny hotel room. There were times I wished it was a little closer to the main part of town, but it was quiet and conveniently located fairly close to several restaurants and a grocery store with gas.

Nice condo

The condo was nice and spacious. However the place was not as clean for my standard. The floor was dirty when we got there we had to sweep and vacuum. The duvet cover didn’t look clean on the bed so We had to wash all the linens for piece of mind. The area rug in the living room was filthy and the backing was disintegrating and making a mess we had to vacuum frequently. It was a challenge keeping my 6 year old off the area rug because she naturally wanted to sit on it. The patio cushions were visible soiled they need to be replaced.

Great location at Kingston Plantation

Nice property and a great location. The pool is right behind the unit about 20 feet away. The unit is a little bit out dated and in need of a good cleaning. Be sure to bring utensils, dish towels and extra bath towels.
