Surfaces in room were not clean. Control for water in shower were loose - appears as though they were improperly installed. Closet unfinished - nowhere to hang clothing. Because of construction, no breakfast or coffee available.

The price was great, especially during golf season in Myrtle Beach, however, the location , right behind an open 24 hours convenience store, and right off a busy roadway, was not ideal. Room 126, was great location for close to front desk and breakfast room, but a very bad location, directly across the hall from the hotel laundry room, and all the noise that it has when the door is wide open all day....

The refrigerator wasnt working and it had food left over from previous guest left in it. The refrigerator was nasty in the inside and i had to clean it. We couldn't get our room service on Saturday becauae there was no housekeeper available. I will never stay at this place again and it need to remodel asap.

In terms of cleanliness the place was clean I’ll give them that. In regard to every other aspect I do not recommend staying here. Spend the extra money to stay in a room where you’ll actually be able to get sleep. I stayed for 3 days while in town visiting family all three nights did not get sleep the last night I got 1 hr of sleep with a 12 hour drive ahead of me because the people in the room next to me were up all hours of the night talking and yelling extremely loud. You’d think like other places this place would say something when people are being too loud in a room and others are trying to get rest, but upon complaining staff could care less. I even thought it was sketchy how I arrived to town quite early I called and asked if it would be at all possible to check in early I was told that was fine but there would be a $50 check in early fee. I’ve never in my life ever heard of this. It’s normally of the room is ready then you can check in and if it’s not then you don’t get to check in yet. Well upon my arrival the girl at the front desk said yeah it’s gonna be $50 for the check in early fee she took my debit card took $100 for the “incidentals” which was fine but I found it extremely strange that the $50 “check in early fee” was never charged. Seems like someone was trying to make a quick buck. She even seemed annoyed that I had booked my room through a third party because I used Expedia. I will NEVER stay here again. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Great location for Tanger Outlet.
Across street from Tanger outlets. They used personal vehicles for barricade in parking lot so you had to enter and leave from one place. Overall room was filthy, smelled and was disappointing. Staff wasn't very helpful and not really interested in helping you. Wouldn't take much to bring this place back up but they are lacking care and pride in ownership.

Nice staff but very noisy hotel. You can hear your neighbor talking and their tv. It literally sounds like they are in your room. I could hear their whole conversation.

This hotel is TRASH, full of CRACKHEADS. Although it may be across the streets from the outlets, there are cleaner ones within a mile of this dump.

SleepInn price was good but overall experience was terrible. Checkin clerk must have had a bad day with no customer service experience. Walking down the hallway was a very bad smell. Room looked nice until it was time to use the restroom and go to bed. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Had to flush 6 times in order for everything to flush. Spoke with clerk from earlier and she stated it does that. I said not to flush for 6 times that’s ridiculous! Getting back to going to bed, it seemed like the people outside the room in the hall and the people next door was inside the room. There were no privacy at all! I will never ever sleep at a SleepInn!!!!!

The room was very nice and beds were comfortable. Check in was a bit strange, it did not feel very welcoming. The person at the desk was polite but I was asked to leave a security deposit even though I am clearly not under 25 and they still have everything blocked off so you can not even reach the desk when asked to sign papers. No breakfast in the morning and the pool never opened before we had to check out. Overall, we had a good nights sleep but the amenities were lacking.
