This is a good size condo with two bedrooms each has it's own bathroom. Fullsize kitchen with everything you need. Big flat screen TV. I think the couch also pulls out to make a bed but we did not use it. It has a washer and dryer, They provided plenty of towels and each bed room has extra pillows. The condo was clean no bad smells, no mold or mildew I could see. Everything worked as it should good A/C, good hot water. It is second floor ocean front with a good view from the balcony. The elevator is also close by the room. The property is an older one but seems to be in good shape. The pool area is nice and it has a small lazy river. It is a short walk to the beach, and a ton of places to eat within a five to ten min drive. You do have to park across the street from the building but that is normal in this part of myrtle beach. We stayed the second week of June and I felt the price was very reasonable. We had a good vacation and I would have no problem staying hear again.
