Clean and convenient

The residence was very nice and clean. The noise from the road was very loud at times. Other than that everything was great. Location is very convenient.

Great location, great value, but some items need addressing

I’ve used Palmetto Vacation Rentals before, and have been happy most of the time. This unit is in a great spot, walking location to the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars, and centrally located for golf. The 4 bedrooms were ample for the 5 of us. However, the master bath towel drying bar was ripped out of the wall, there was a hole in the master bath ceiling, the ice maker/water dispenser on the fridge would leak randomly and soak the kitchen floor, and the door handle completely fell off the master bath (someone took the screws out for some strange reason). I told them about the issues the first night, and was told someone would be by tomorrow to fix them. We were there for 5 nights and nothing was addressed. So we had to keep cleaning and drying off the kitchen floor, had no handle the master bath, etc. Nothing detrimental to the stay, but a nuisance that I would have liked to have fixed before we got there or when I was told they were going to.

Close To It All!

If you want to be able to walk to the boardwalk and central Myrtle Beach attractions, this is the place to stay! Amazing updated property with terrific pool! Recommended vacation property!
