Overall a nice place

The house itself was nice but could have used a little repair here or there but nothing too drastic. The pool was not real clean but not bad, still able to swim in it. The location was great as I was able to fish and crab off the deck in the channel.

Great House

The pool wasn’t heated which was a bummer as we couldn’t use it. Also needed to be vacuumed. For a house a block and a half from the beach, one would hope for some beach towels/chairs/umbrellas. Everything else was great!!

Spacious home on quiet street

We loved our stay at Lakis Oasis! It really is walking distance to the beach. The street is quiet and nice to start a walk or run on. I would go back.

The house was beautiful and had even a few extras that weren't even mentioned in the ad. If I could change one thing, there would be a king size bed in the master.

Adult Getaway

This property is in a great location. We enjoyed being able to fish off the dock. Property looks to be in the middle of some renovations but was a nice property. We look forward to renting here again with the family.

Short & Sweet

The online listing was accurate; however, the pool looked much bigger online than it actually was in person. My husband, kids, and I enjoyed the home bc it was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very comfortable, like home in a sense. The one issue we had was the master bedroom opens into the master bath and there was not a privacy door between the two. Location was convenient to the beach so that was surely a plus. Check in and out was easy and convenient...we would frequent this home again!

Nice house close to ocean but not kept up well

The house was nice but had dirty walls and furniture, loose railing, cracked door, water stained ceiling, etc. It didn’t make you feel very clean. This may be because the current owner had a pending sale on it and wasn’t going to put any more money in it. Check in and check out was simply and quick. It was weird that three separate days people showed up to do something on the property but we were only notified once. One day the pool was cleaned (just left the pool), the next day trimming the trees and mowing for hours (good thing we didn’t want to use the pool at that time but was very loud and annoying when you wanted to sit on the porch and relax!) and the third time we were notified the realtor was changing the keys but wouldn’t be entering the house. The house setup was nice and probably less than 2 blocks from ocean. We did have to drive a ways to get to anything but if you are looking to just relax at the house with a pool and just go to the ocean frequently I would recommend. I am assuming that once the new owners get the place it will be kept up better.

Cherry Grove stay

Unfortunately the property had a lot of issues upon arrival. For the first 3 days we had workers in and out of the property. There was also coffee in the coffee pot from previous tenants. One good thing was rental company gave us a small refund
