Boardwalk Hotel, Main Tower

Our unit was perfect for my wife and me and the ocean view from the 5th floor balcony was fantastic. The living room 'Smart' TV didn't work properly, so we tried watching Netflix and it was stuck on French. Check-in / check-out times weren't very accommodating, so plan your flights accordingly if you can. There's nowhere to leave your luggage if you arrive early like we did.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the location, The pools and facilities outside were dirty never cleaned besides once and not great job cleaning the pools. No one wore wrist bands, families weren’t watching their children in hot tub. Our room didn’t look like pictures online. Furniture was old and chipped. Hair was left in shower. No cleaning supplies left for us, I had to purchase. Fire alarm kept gooing off when you made toast (low) or cooked on stove, battery is half out of it. Plugs in bedroom didn’t work along with TV. I spent over 1200 for 4 nights. Not what I expected. Was provided wrong information about place and was given late check out but cleaning lady knocked on my door before check out along with bug spraying company before check out or notification night before to give us a heads up.
