A detached condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach steps from 18 holes of golf, minutes from restaurants, attractions, shopping and 8 minutes from the beach on Ocean Avenue. In town for a convention? The condo is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the convention center. It is central to everything you could possibly want to see or visit.
Once at the home, you'll find a quiet, modern retreat. A 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 2 story home nestled next to a golf course. (All bedrooms are on the second floor). It boasts a two-car garage which gives access to three parking spaces which is prime in this neighborhood. The garage space is only practical for two standard size vehicles. While the paved driveway in front can accommodate a larger SUV type vehicle. The condo also has a small backyard which gives a great reprieve on those cooler summer evenings. The unit provides dining for seven supported by a fully stocked kitchen. The space is designed with families and golfers in mind. Whether they are creating memories in the unit or out on the golf course or sands of the Grand Strand. The Hummingbird is where memories are made.
*No motorcycles, trailers or motorhomes are allowed on the property per HOA rules.
Please list all guests (including children regardless of age) staying at time of booking to ensure an accurate preparation of amenities for an amazing stay. The unit only accommodates 6 guests comfortably and stays over 6 guests will be charged $15 per guest per day.
Check-in is at 4 p.m. When permitted early check-ins may be accommodated but not guaranteed. No check-in prior to 1 p.m. is allowed.
Check-out is promptly at 11 a.m. Late check-outs may be allowed IF AVAILABLE and requested in advance without charge up until 1 p.m. All other late check-outs will be charged after 11 a.m.
We highly recommend our guests secure travel insurance to cover unexpected emergencies and severe weather that may make travel impossible.
Please Note:
For security purposes this home is being monitored by CPI Security System. This system includes a video doorbell, door/window sensors, fire communicator, carbon monoxide detector, motion detector and two exterior cameras. One camera is located on the far-left side of the garage: monitoring the street. The camera in the rear is located on the far-left side monitoring the common area and street.
The video doorbell is located at the front door. During your stay the alarm system will not be armed or monitored by host. The system is only in place for security proposes when the unit is unoccupied.
