We were in the perfect location. Conveniently located close to everything. Best views in Myrtle Beach. We loved waking up to the sunshine overlooking the ocean. Definitely added this to our favorites list

My husband and I and our grandchildren have been coming to Myrtle Beach for the last 8 years. This was by far the best place we have stayed we had everything we needed and the Penthouse had plenty of room.We all absolutely loved the amazing view that the penthouse had to offer and it was so relaxing setting on the balcony looking at the ocean. We liked being close to everything. This was the first year we ever took our pets and they loved it as much as we did. Thank Derrick for a wonderful vacation and also with your fast responses when I reached out to you and asked a question.

Derrick was very nice during initial dealing with reservation. Arrived at property. Hotel is very dirty looking. Thought, perhaps room is better? so went upstairs, huge garbage bag full of garbage outside of door. Lock falling off hinge. Inside, topical cleaning, but everything looked greasy. Appearance of suntan oil on all surfaces. Someone left their clothes in drawer. Apartment cleaned ? Roach feces in kitchen drawer. Picture was definitely misleading, very small. Balcony narrow and I am small. Area of town, shady type people outside of building. No parking voucher. I am trying to get this resolved as I was admitted to hospital. No, I could not stay in this condo comfortably. Please help me get my refund!!! Would not stay here for one minute. Please take this entire hotel off website. Or personally inspect this situation.

The condo decor and location were exactly as described online. However, the condo has not been really cleaned in a long big time. It was surace cleaned but we mopped floors and cleaned sinks, etc. Also, the kitchen desperately needs restocking with new pots, pans, silverware. I went to Walmart and bought several items so that I could cook while we there (we were there for six weeks). In addition, the property manager of the Patricia Grand was rude to me on a couple of occasions. I certainly don't blame our host for that. I just wanted to mention it.

The property is beautiful!!! We will be back. Hot water works 1/4 of the time the rest good luck getting it hot. The cleaners arent doing a great job but the bed linens were clean and the views are amazing. You cannot stay at a better place for the price.

Location, location, location! The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean made for the most amazing views. The condo had everything you needed. We had no issues checking in. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

The view was excellent and there were plenty of linens for all 5 of us. Thoroughly enjoyed having many swimming options since October can be an iffy time of the year. The shower curtain did have black mold on it and the floors were awfully sandy upon entering which I did sweep. Otherwise it was everything was good.

Easy to rent , great location, pet friendly, not happy with how old it was . Chairs on deck torn , bath tub had holes where towel bar was missing , lights didn’t work, shades were broke , very old and dirty it’s and pans . Very sad trying to make husband happy for anniversary but he was not impressed at all. Wanted to leave

Check in was very easy and Derrick, the property owner was amazing from the time of booking thru our arrival. The condo could be a very nice place with just a few minor updates but all in all it was very beachy and nice, just a little small with very little storage. It worked well for us as we only had 2 adults and a little one. It was also great that it was pet friendly.. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness upon arrival. While there I heard this complaint from several vacationers about their condos. Not sure if they all use the same cleaning service or not, but if so they need to change. I had to clean the entire place myself. To be fair, I did not reach out to Derrick on this issue. We did enjoy our week in Myrtle Beach!!

The condo we stayed in had the best view and was in the best location to walk down to the beach. We have a dog and there was a nice spot to take her out to use the bathroom. The staff was super nice, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the store in the hotel had the little things we needed.

The views from the living room, balcony and bedroom were AMAZING ! There were a couple maintenance/wear and tear items : door handle on sliding door from living room loose, bathroom exhaust fan not working, left armrest on reclining chair worn/loose. But the kitchen was well equipped, TV worked fine, beach access and pools were great ! But the views were the best part of the stay ! I would definitely stay here again.

We've vacationed in MB multiple times because we love it but this was possibly the best stay yet!! The view from this unit is almost beyond words to adequately describe it..so much ocean, miles of beach & the city lights..so much beauty!! The unit is very well supplied & has lots of extras not provided by other owners. Derrick was very quick to respond when I needed him. The resort is in a great location & is an easy drive to many of our favorite places..however we found that we really didn't want to go out much because we were so content in this unit!! Hopefully we can do it again next year!!

This was a great place to stay in Myrtle. Close to many attractions and eateries. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of linens, towels, ect for us. Furniture is a bit dated and not quite as comfortable as I wished. Wished the kitchen was stocked a little better but not bad. The view is unbelievable!!! Great restaurant on site with pool bar. Everything appeared very clean. It did seem smaller than the pics but again, was perfect for the 2 of us. Would rebook.

The view from this room was insane! That was a definite plus. I wouldn’t say it was spotless by any means. We brought our pups so before I let them run around I checked under/around the furniture for anything that they could get ahold of to eat and it was pretty filthy. There were pieces of old food and trash underneath the couch. (Cheetos?) Next to the beds as well. A quick sweep of the broom and vacuum took care of that issue. I liked that we were able to make our own passcode to get in. That made it seem more secure for us. Overall, we had a good stay. Just wish it had been a little cleaner.
