Cute country house
Nice quiet stay in Myrtle Creek in the country. Beautiful forest view. Large yard which was great for our two large dogs. So nice that they allow dogs if you get permission ahead of time.

Peaceful Countryside
We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and peaceful at the end of our long days in Roseburg. The hostess is lovely and very communicative. I would definitely stay here again!

Cute little place
We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. The accommodations were nice, there were adequate supplies and kitchen equipment. We only had two bath towels for four people, but there was a washer and dryer. It could stand a thorough cleaning, but that is the only suggestion I have. Enjoyed the surrounding area and the fun games supplied! Thank for a very nice stay!

Clean and comfortable
First, communication with host was excellent and she was incredibly helpful. This rental is sumple and clean and workedwell for our needs. We arrived to find a loaf of delicious banana bread from a local bakery that absolutely saved us for breakfasts. The space is simple and clean. As we were there for my uncle's funeral, it helped to be able to sit outside on the porch swing morning and evening, just enjoying the scenery and quiet. What really made it special are the 2 dogs who would visit us. We are major dog people and they were good for our soul. (Tip the bakery makes dog treats and they were good boys).

Beautiful rural mountain stay
This place was great. A nice mountain retreat, a bit away from town. It was cozy and quiet and a full small home. It had a full kitchen, a/c and great wifi. I would stay here again Even of you live in the area and just want to get away into the mountains a bit, its great. It's about 3 and a half miles from town. There is no cell service though, so be prepared. I loved it!

We pulled up and were very excited. Vacation with my daughter and 2 grand kids. Walked up stairs and dissapointment started. The spiderwebs were weeks deep on steps, portch and swing. Entered unit and overwhelming urin smell. Probably from dogs? Air conditioner was not big enough...front room was still hot..we were sweating. Only other fan did not blow any air at all and was caked with grime. Bathtub had patckes of i guess paint? Pictured treehouse look very unsafe. Furniture was stained (hopefully just water?)...bedding was dirty. We could not stay. Left after an hour. Although the host communitadted great before the stay...she ghosted me after.

Peaceful and quiet
Nice quaint little country home just outside of town. It was the perfect location for us. Owner is super friendly, responsive and there for any needs that may arise. We all loved sitting on the front porch in the early morning drinking coffee. And I especially loved our evening visitors (the owners dogs).

This is a great place to stay. If country living is what you like this is a great place. It is not the Hilton. It is set back off the road and surrounded by tree's. Its an older home ( which I love). Also enjoyed the owners dogs who would come up at night and visit. They were all very friendly. I would recommend this place any day to a hotel/motel

Country Comfort
My son and I enjoyed our stay. It was much more comfortable than expected. Being located on a working farm and having a tree house out back, it was an ideal spot for a family with kids. I would recommend it and would not hesitate returning.

I wanted to like it but not impressed
I have to say, after reading the reviews and choosing this property, I feel duped. I grew up in the country and I am the least snobby person you will ever meet, but this place was old and not in a quaint way. Lots of cobwebs, dirt in the corners and not what I would really call "clean" as described in the ad. The sheets were clean and I've slept on worse mattresses, but my boyfriend swore he could smell mouse urine as we were laying there. It kinda reminded us both of being at outdoor school. Bare bones and not kept up well. The couch was a little scary. Very worn and dirty. We ended up leaving Saturday morning instead of through Sunday morning as we had paid for, and luckily were able to get a hotel room for Saturday night. I will say Brenda was pleasant over email and her friend Angel who came over Saturday morning was nice but I would not stay here again.

Quiet relaxing farm
We enjoyed the relaxing setting of this home. The few cows and chickens we heard in the morning added to the homey feel. We will definitely book here again if we are back in the area.

Come and get recharged.
Very peaceful setting on a working farm just about 3 miles out of town. We loved our stay, our dogs loved it also. Amazing place for observing wildlife and stargazing. Great location for day trips, close to wineries, we also went to Crater Lake, Mount Ashland, and Bandon at the coast. Upon our arrival Brenda brought us some delicious banana nut bread, from the local bakery named Goodog and we were hooked! Brenda was very helpful and we had an easy check-in & check-out.

An amazing week in the mountains
We drove up from Cali for 7 days and stayed on the farm. We were gone pretty much all day and returned in the evenings to sleep. The house had everything we needed. Brenda was very nice and easy to communicate with regarding check- in. We would stay here again!! We had a wonderful trip!

I would stay there again.
We rented this house on short notice to attend a funeral. It was truly the only bright spot on a horrible weekend. The owner was very caring and responsive. The property is part of a working farm and that was a nice touch. The house was clean and ready for us when we got there. If there was any downside, we were about a 1/2 mile outside of our cell phone service but wifi was provided so that took care of the problem. If we need to stay in the Myrtle Creek area again, this will not only be our first choice but our only choice.

Wonderful quiet retreat!
This was the perfect spot for my needs on this “get await” trip. This place has amazing potential! My creative side want to make it a “French Country” atmosphere. Brenda, the owner was fantastic. She welcomed me warmly and explained where everything was, to make our stay enjoyable. There was a fire pit just outside the back door. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials, as was the bathroom. It was peaceful and quiet and was exactly what I needed. Thank you Brenda!
