Podczas 3 dniowego pobytu nikt nie zaproponował sprzątania czy wymiany ręczników. Łazienka wymaga drobnych napraw (woda w toalecie cieknie, drzwi do kabiny prysznicowej wypadają).

La terrasse du bar, très petite par rapport à la capacité de l'établissement, donne sur l'aire de jeu dont les abords sont mal entretenus idem en ce qui concerne la gloriette dans le parc. Une fois les portes de la réception on découvre plus un club familiale qu'un hôtel château SPA.

Zamek z bajki z widokiem na żwirownię
Brak ręczników w SPA to porażka. Wszędzie są na wejściu, wrzuca się do kosza wychodząc. Ale basen jest super.

Lovely palace and grounds, OK room.
Stayed here for a night during a recent road trip through Poland. A little out of the way unless you are coming to Jelenia Gora, but the drive there through the Polish countryside was lovely and we do not regret that it added an hour each way. The hotel grounds and palace are beautiful and the pool is clean and inviting as well. Our room (booked a quadruple since we had two boys traveling with us) was in the 300 building (across from the palace itself) and was a little basic. Bedding and carpet maybe not as fresh and warm as they could be, but the room was functional and fine. And the price of $80-$120 for a night is certainly reasonable.

Nice place to stay
Lovely setting with beautiful castle and gardens. Unfortunately you don't get to actually stay in the castle but in a building beside it.
