“Super schönes Hotel in einer schönen kleinen Stadt. Das Gebäude ist schon wunderschön anzusehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einem großen Bett und angenehmen und komfortablen Kissen. Das Bad ist sehr groß mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Der Pool ist klein aber völlig ausreichend und schön gestaltet mit Pflanzen und Liegen. Am Pool gibt es eine Bar mit lecker essen bis spät abends. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, es gibt eine ordentliche Auswahl und viele……
“Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Personal ist sehr freundlich - die Ausstattung ist mehr als 3 Sterne. Nur das Fernsehen auf dem Zimmer ist tricky... Per QrCode zu aktivieren.. sonst schaltet der TV nach 5 min ab. Für ältere Leute kaum zu schaffen. Sonst alles gut. ”

Azahara ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, immer aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist hausgemacht und lecker, wenn auch mit kleinem Verbesserungspotenzial bei der Abwechslung. “very good location just opposite the market and in old town. This hotel gives best of the amenities and services. The house itself is a bit old so the floor doesn't flat and drainage system is not good，but I believe they did their best to maintain it. ”
“Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going……
“The receptionist was really helpful during check in and gave us a number of recommendations for food and drink. Brilliant location for exploring Bilbao, lots of bars and shops nearby and a short walk to the river. No air con but fans provided in the room and they were more than adequate. Would recommend. ”
