“It was good i just rather have the information for check in sooner and traveling intetnatioanlly sending sms not a good idea. Shud be sent email as well because I had a different phone number for trip than what I booked with. The customer service person was very helpful though. The email sent before should have more clearly called put the link for check in process too though. ”

“Mis amigos y yo solo estuvimos un fin de semana en esta casa pero nos encantó, un sitio precioso y tranquilo, en medio de la naturaleza pero a unos 30 minutos de Bilbao en coche. La casa está genial, además la terraza y la zona del jardín son bastante grandes. Muy recomendable, el trato con Juan Carlos estupendo, muy amable y atento siempre.”

“The Doorcode scaner at the Main entrance didn't worked any more. That started on Wednesday. So we really had struggle to enter. Except that the environment and rooms where very clean and comfortable.”

“María José encantadora, nos ha ayudado siempre que le hemos solicitado cualquier cosa. Apartamento correcto y en un sitio centrico para realizar salidas al Mar y al interior. Bien comunicado por carretera principal y Autopista. En el pueblo de al lado *ELGOIBAR* Supermecados, Gasolinera y Servicios. Dispone de estación de tren para poder dejar vehiculo. Lo tendremos en cuenta para posible repeticiones en la zona. Un 9,5 de 10”

“An incredibly beautiful property. We stayed in probably the best room as it was the top floor corner with a gorgeous balcony view of the area, and the pool. Full open kitchen with dining and living room space. Stunning combination of modern contemporary architecture with clean lines but mixed rustic elements to create a wonderful vibe of comfort. Wish we stayed for more than one night. ”

“Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc.”

“Newly rennovated. Liked that there was plenty of dishes and cups. Located not far from many coastal towns and about a hour from San Sebastián.”

“The property had a stunning, beautiful view and the house itself was very nice. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable with everything you will need for a short or long stay. Best part was the host, Jon was incredibly kind and accommodating. We had some major issues with our airline which led us to almost miss our reservation. Regardless, Jon happily agreed to let us check in at 2:30 in the morning. He was even kind enough to warm up some food for us and drop it off at our room as he……
