“Wonderful apartment style hotel tucked into a lovely just out of downtown neighbourhood. It was the perfect place to stay when commuting to Shinjuku. Great grocery stores in the area and a wonderful kitchen to prepare the meals in. All the needed tools and kitchen appliance were there for us to create great meals. I would highly recommend the place for a longer visit, we stayed 2 weeks, and it was absolutely perfect. Also, the communication with the owners was top-notch. We felt very welcome and……

“整體尚可。 1.旁邊有一個停車場（Times)，自駕的好選擇 2.對面有一家庭餐廳（喬納森）不錯吃，開到晚上2點，晚上回到住宿地肚子餓的話可以去吃。 3.出門口右轉200公尺有一間7-eleven,很方便。 4.沒斜坡可推行李至電梯處，如果有大行李的，你的雙手要很夠力。 5.床鋪太軟，感覺裡面的彈簧會隨時跑出來。 6.床鋪底下灰塵多，而且還有前個住客留下的東西。 綜上所述，整體尚可”

“ Very clean, the basic necessities were provided, although the property is tricky to locate and the physical exterior of the apartment is not attractive, it's compensated by the interior outlay of the apartment.im satisfied and happy I chose this place.”

“I have mixed feeling about this place. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood but If you are looking for easy access to Shinjuku or Shibuya, then this place is not for you. We had 2 small rooms but this “house” is shared by an older gentlemen so we were told to keep really quiet. We were literally whispering during our stay. You are also responsible for your own trash (make sure you keep up with which days to bring which trash out), if you miss the intended trash day you may be charged by the……

“I liked how this property felt like my own little home. Out of all the places I stayed during my trip, this was my favorite. I will be thinking about it the next time I visit Tokyo! I would recommend to anyone who would is curious to see what it's like to live in an apartment in Japan.”

“整體是很好的住宿體驗。地理位置優越，方便，樓下有很多食肆，距離中野站只有10分鐘路程。但煮食用具有啲舊。出入的電梯很大異味。Wi-Fi 唔穩定。”

“Mr. Kusunoki is such a pleasant man. He sent us the best routes to get to places on multiple occasions, and shared with us many spots to go. He used his many connections to get us discounts on watches, and informed us the cheapest way to buy train tickets, and amusement park tickets. If we come back to Tokyo, we will be staying here again.”
