「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. 「Very comfortable and functional rooms. Washing basin is separated from toilet which is a sensible design. Although not at the centre of Shinjuku, it’s only about 15 minutes walk. Close to Marunouchi Line, convenient transportation.」

The host was very communicative ahead of our arrival (unfortunately the Expedia app made it impossible for me to respond) and he provided a guide with check-in/out instructions, and information on using the amenities. They were a great host! The location is an easy 10-15 min walk to a number of subway and train stations which made exploring a breeze. 」
