Ok for the price since it was very cheap but it was not as advertised. When we checked in, the front desk said we’d have complementary breakfast but when we sat down, they said it was for two adults and two children under 12. Because my kids were 15 and 17, they said we’d have to pay for them. Breakfast was advertised on Expedia for $19 but we were charged $25 each. That was an unexpected $50.
Another reason we got the hotel was that it advertised a gym but when we asked where it was, they said in their partner hotel 3.5 kilometres away. We couldn’t use the gym the first night as it was too late so the next morning we pushed them for the shuttle to drive us and waited over 90 minutes in the lobby for the shuttle to come.
Overall, little things, but they add up with the ants in the room, and mattresses in the sun (probably getting rid of the bedbugs we read about). So happy we didn’t get that room!
