"從輕井澤徒步至酒店大約8分 分鐘，周邊是民居，訂的是三人房，地方算大，酒店有免費早餐，簡單但新鮮好味，去時落雪，大堂有個大壁爐開了火，很有氣氛，也有免費小巴去車站和滑雪場，很不錯！職員十分有禮貌，經常在大門迎接！"

"很新淨的一間溫泉酒店，房間闊落，一泊兩食的懷石料理出色，遺憾就是這幾天落雪天台的餐廳暫時關閉，自駕遊的要把車泊在別處，酒店人員會帶路及車你往返。酒店到湯畑及其他景點只需數分鐘，很方便。"

"I was surprised with how new the hotel and the facilities are. We stayed in the ‘East Building’ the room is very neat and well heated. The hotel has 3 onsen baths which were all of very high standard. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, a good selection of Japanese food like tempura, gyodon, but international menu was available, with salads, pasta etc. It also had a white chocolate fountain which was quite fun. The hotel has a backdoor which leads to the Yabetake with a short 5 min walk. The yukata can be borrowed from the lobby and umbrellas are available for going outside. There is also late night ramen, but only served for a small window of time at night, and unfortunately we were not able to try. "
