"We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and service. Very clean and a good dinner buffet. The hotel is a bit of a hike uphill. Google maps might tell you to approach from the right, go behind the hotel and come around to the entrance. This route has a bunch of uneven steps and is somewhat steep. It’s better to approach from the left side up a paved road with an even incline."

"Great stay. I booked a room with open air bath and it came with the access to the executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks. Snacks, beers and wine. The snacks there was amazing. Coz I booked two consecutive nites, they gave us access to the exclusive public bath, less ppl and with more privacy. The room was so clean and the staff were excellent. I was impressed by a staff Jaing, she was so helpful and always so enthusiastic and ready to help all the time when I saw her at the reception - check in and check out and when she was working at the executive lounge. The cleaning team was doing an excellent job. All of these made my stay so wonderful. "

"Great location. Right next to the Karuizawa station, outlet and snowfields. Shuttle scheduled to come every 15-30 minutes to take you around the resort, outlet and other snow fields. Staying at resort also gives you discounted rates with the ski lifts and gear rental. Spacious room. Great for families."

"It was a very nice hotel. Facilities were fantastic. The food at the downstairs Trattoria was delicious. The front desk staff and room cleaning staff did not communicate well giving a slight downgrade in their overall service score. "
