Comfy and great get away

Generally great stay, other than the malfunctioning of the lift: which was addressed. Good outfitted kitchen: Top outside porch: great morning spot for coffee Five friends in group: all were happy with setting.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time here with 2 adults and 3 children 5 years old and under. The property is as pictured, with beautiful views of the beach. Everything was clean and spotless. The kitchen was well-appointed. Beach access was about 5 houses down. It's a quick easy walk for adults/teens, and a little more difficult with multiple small children. Make sure to have activities planned out for small kids, as most places close at 5 pm. Lastly, make sure to bring extra towels as bath mats, as there are not any in the bathrooms.

Great Place!

We loved the house the views are awesome and a very short walk to the beach. I wish the house had a wagon to help take you stuff to the beach and the beds are not great very hard that was the only thing that was not great. I had my family together so that made it perfect!

Perfect location for the perfect vacation

This place is ideal for any vacation. We had 2 families of 4 and it was perfect. The location is absolutely the best. It's one house back from the beach and beach access is 5 houses down in either direction, less then 100 yards. The beach is basically private as only the homes in that area set up in that location. We can't wait to rent it again.

Cozy & Clean

Started out at another house but there was an issue with that home so our family had to find another one fast! Owners got back to us ASAP and their home was perfect for us. Wish we would have found it before original booking. Easy walk to beach and beautiful kitchen. Screened in porch with wonderful view was our favorite hang out spot!

Unassuming and yet WOW

From the get-go of looking for properties for our vacation in OBX, this property checked all the boxes. Number of bedrooms, ocean views, layout we were looking for, etc. The communication with the rental management was wonderful and responsive, and we were very much looking forward to our time in the area. Now when I say unassuming, that is in no way a negative. Some houses have a curb appeal that is all hype and then can be very underwhelming on the interior. Neon Moon was quite the opposite. Her weathered exterior has an understated presence, and yet upon entering you are blown away with it's hidden perfection. The open layout, spacious kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and wonderful outdoor deck space are just a few of the things we loved about staying here. We loved the neighborhood setting off the main road, the two options of beach access, and how a bit removed the home was from the traffic and frenzy of summer at the beach. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and found everything to be exactly as described. For the price, location, comfort, and ease of working with management - this is very much an unassuming gem of a home in Nags Head!
