This is an oceanfront top floor condo in an end building. Newly updated 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom/sleeps 6 vacation condo at the Outer Banks Beach Club, an oceanfront family resort in Kill Devil Hills centrally located at milepost 9 on Beach Road (aka Va Dare Trail or Route 12). Resort has direct ocean access to a wide, lifeguarded beach and 3 pools, indoor and outdoor spas for a bubbling soak, tennis/pickleball/basketball/volleyball courts, shuffleboard, free YMCA pass, free golf passes to nearby course, ping pong, cornhole, and more along with organized activities and classes from our full time Recreation Director with different types of classy crafts -Fun for ALL ages!

2 bedroom unit sleeps 6 - king in master bedroom, 2 twins in bedroom #2, and pullout queen sleeper sofa. All linens are provided and beds are made up for your arrival. Master has a jetted whirlpool tub/shower combination, and a 2nd hall bathroom has a shower with a seat. All towels are provided, including beach/pool towels. Kitchen has starter dish washing supplies. There is a midweek towel exchange and the washers and dryers are complimentary. Great family resort, super clean and well maintained. Office is on site and the Front Desk is all locals and is open daily.

Fully equipped kitchen has 2 dining tables, plus an additional counter with stools which is laptop friendly - a great work area (if you must). And the round table is nice for cards, games or puzzles. Unit has 2 decks with table and chairs. Or eat at the picnic tables located near the charcoal and gas grills. Can walk to b/l/d restaurants and nightlife music, and even to get pizza or home made ice cream!

The Beach Club has more amenities and activities than any other OBX property!

Free YMCA passes for a fitness center with state of the art exercise and cardio machines, fitness classes (try something new?), skatepark, steam, sauna, and a lap pool - and they will even watch the kiddos while you work out.

An oceanside covered Pavilion with open sides has seating and picnic tables overlooking the beach and is a great spot for lunch or for those wanting to enjoy the ocean breezes and waves without the trek through the sand - especially nice for those with limited mobility. There are outdoor showers and each unit has a ground level locked storage area for your beach apparatus.

Fenced in playground for the young ones complete with a pirate ship, and a Clubhouse with free DVDs, games and puzzles to play there or take back to the condo. Free and fast WIFI throughout the property and ‘smart’ TVs.

Is there anything missing? I don't think so!

The Office is on the property and open 7 days a week. Checkin is available 24 hours a day. The Staff are all year round locals and provide excellent information for everything you need to know and want to do to enjoy your stay at this wonderful vacation paradise. The Beach Club offers a great vacation, and at a good value.
