Perfect apartment for a relaxing holiday

This apartment was perfect for our family of 3. For a 1 bdm it is extremely spacious. Louise has it well stocked with everything you will need for a short stay. The location is perfect with 2 min walk to shops, 5 mins down to the estuary and the RSL is just across the road making for easy dinners and drinks with fabulous views of the river. The apartment itself is located within a very quiet apartment block, the private rooftop with spa is a bonus, and the pool in the complex we used often. It’s hard to find anything else in Nambucca that compares to this apartment. Overall, we highly rate this stay – we all relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful spot.

Lovely property with great facilities. Plenty of room and quite private. Wonderful rooftop area with sofa bath and views of the ocean. Host was extremely helpful and informative. Within walking distance to clubs, pubs and restaurants makes this an ideal holiday unit.

Great location, cozy apartment in Nambucca Heads

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Louise gave me excellent instruction on how to use the appliances, lighting, hot tub, etc. I especially enjoyed the two decks, from which I enjoyed the bats, birds, and beautiful sunset views. The central location was tops for everything from shopping to visiting the Vee Wall.

Great location and property

We had a lovely stay at Oceanview. It’s close to the town centre and Woolworths but also very close stroll to the river. There’s a great view from both balconies and the spa is lovely to sit in at the end of the day. It has a well stocked with plates, towels and essentials (tea, coffee, salt, detergent) so you don’t have to bring everything with you which is nice. the double secure car space was also good for us to store our bikes and floaters in while out and about.

Having stayed in multiple properties in the area for work, this was a surprise in that it felt too much like I was staying not as a paying customer but a guest in an aunts home. The property is decorated so personally and personal items and cabinets with locks everywhere. It also comes with a very long list of instructions to everything. Whilst it is a nice property, you don’t feel as relaxed as one should, rather a night in a distant aunt’s house where you have to be on good behavior.

Everything you could possibly need.

We had a wonderful weekend. Louise made sure we had everything we needed. A great place to take long walks along the boardwalks then stop for breakfast. Very quiet we felt like the only ones home. The spa was my favourite.

A weird and dodgy deal

I didnt understand what louise was meaning when she stated about her personal pantry and belongings locked up with a padlock in the apartment and she may have to go into the apartment while i was staying to get food. What if i was naked and she just waltzed in unannounced?! Then finding out she was living in the back room with her daughter? Why not just live in the apartment?! Seemed a bit dodgy considering the amount of money i paid. Plus the guest review book with pages ripped out? I was not comfortable and felt a bit ripped off.

A great time at Nambucca Heads

My husband and I booked this apartment for my birthday and also as a mini honeymoon for a few days. There is not one thing we could fault. I think it looks better in person than in the photos. I would recommend this to anyone who is planning on visiting Nambucca as a place to stay. We spent most of our days in the hot tub which does have the sail shade up now so we didn't have to worry about the sun. Louise is a lovely host who even kindly left a bottle of champagne in the fridge for us. The location is great too, a very short walk to Woolworths and a nice walk to the breakwall. We didn't use our car the whole time we were there as you can almost walk everywhere you need to go. Thank you for being a lovely host Louise.

We had a wonderful week here in January. The photos don't really do justice to the view and comfort. So many lovely beaches to choose from, and Nambucca Heads has everything you need. Louise was a great host, and the apartment had everything you could possibly need.

Perfect position

We spent 3 nights in this lovely unit which is in a great position with perfect views of the river. The unit is very well equipped and very clean being well laid out and spacious. The added bonus is as well a baloney with a bar-b-q there is an private upper terrace complete with hot spa. We spent each night laying in the bubbling water looking a the night sky full of stars. We really enjoyed out stay and hope to return and highly recommend Louise's unit.
