「Façade of a Business Hotel There's nothing charming or beautiful about this hotel, or the area it is in, so the only reason most people come is business (we were there as part of a vacation, but we were exceptions). Given that, you'd expect a front desk staff that spoke English, but most of them didn't speak a single word of English (there was one exception, who was also the only really friendly person we met behind the desk). 「Hotel location, facilities and services are great. The worst thing is the elevator which doesn’t work as expected. Every time I went upstairs or downstairs, either my choice of floor (button pressed) would be reset, especially after the door opened during my ride. 」
