「Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change. The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is...

「地理位置非常好，房間整潔，會再往」

「Great Stay, Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Check‑in was quick and the front‑desk staff were friendly and professional. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.Housekeeping kept everything neat each day. The location is convenient for restaurants and transport. Every detail showed the team cares about guests. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.」

「All facilities was good, but the staff was not helpful at all. We have another booking with birthday celebration. But we were assign to different floor, after on next day, they assign us to a extra broken table place for birthday breakfast. The fruit plate need to peeling on our own.... there are no fork, spoon or knife for help. We think this hotel seems not welcoming family travel. They seems prearrange those foreigner with better sit arrangement.」

「住宿最緊要清潔、安靜。早餐也很豐富，值得贊賞」
