On a cul-de-sac.  All lots 2+ acres.  Cape style home has 1st floor master with full bath & walk in closet with washer/dryer. 2nd floor King had a huge skylight over the bed for stargazing.  . Open floor plan in the living space w/ a deck right off the LR /DR.  We offer smart TVs and streaming. Outdoor shower.  Flat yard for playing.  Make your Ferry reservations.  This is part of a 2 home compound/rented together or separately. Family celebrating a 90th
Absolutely loved our stay at High Tide. The accommodations were clean, as advertised and had lots of amenities. Was the perfect set up for parents and their grown children. Really appreciated the proximity to Tom Nevers beach and this quiet part of the island.

Perfect for peace and privacy
If you’re looking for space and serenity - this is it. The back porch and yard was sunny and beautiful. The house was spacious and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely. Everything was perfect!

Overall a great home with tons of bedrooms/bed space. Kitchen was very well setup with many utensils. Outdoor area was beautiful, grill just needs some work on the knobs. We found a work around and overall had a good stay.

High Tide was a comfortable house and just what we needed after our daughter's wedding. Had a refrigerator malfunction and Karen was super responsive and sent her manager over quickly and with ice. He was able to fix it within the day. Great work, T! Good location for us as well.
