The property was fantastic and perfect for our family vacation. Theresa was very responsive and ensured that we had everything we’d want for our stay in advance of our arriving. Additionally, the proximity to town was a major benefit, and we’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Nantucket.

Lovely nantucket home

We have visited Nantucket annually for years and this is a wonderful property. It is easily walkable to town but also has convenient parking if you bring a car. The owner/property manager is responsive and helpful.

Clean and Great Location

This cottage was immaculate and very close to downtown. It’s easy to walk to restaurants and shops or hop on the bus to get around the island. My only criticism is there wasn’t a ton of space for all the stuff we overpacked:)

Nantucket Haven

We had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth Cottage in Nantucket for a special mother-daughter trip celebrating our mom’s 80th birthday. It was the perfect spot for the three of us—my mom, my sister, and me. The cottage is beautifully decorated with a classic New England coastal vibe—charming, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed.The two bedrooms (one king, one queen) and shared bathroom suited us perfectly, and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking meals at home. We also loved being close to town—an easy walk for me and my sister, or a quick Uber ride for our mom. One of our favorite features was the small sliver of harbor view where we could enjoy beautiful sunrises each morning.Our host, Theresa, was wonderful—communicative, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for making it such an easy process. Elizabeth Cottage was a perfect home base for a very special and memorable trip. We would absolutely recommend it! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great Location and Dog Friendly

The location is great, walking distance to the beach and town. Bedrooms are very small and the unit is not really "ocean view" but perfect for two adults and our dog. Huge bonus being pet friendly and having a little fenced in yard. Only complaint was the propane tank was filled at 7:30am and scared the heck out of us, the tank in below the unit on grade level and it literally sounded like someone was in the unit. Not a huge deal but they should fill a little later perhaps.

Another great stay

This was our second time staying at this property. It is in a great location and has many modern amenities. The beds are very comfortable with very nice linens. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you could want. Communication with property management was very good.

Everything was excellent, only issue was the hot tub was located somewhere else its not actually on location which was kind of a bummer but other than that everything was perfect and I would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful but overpriced

This property was lovely albeit small, but the billing as “harbor view” was ridiculous. You could see a silver from the kitchen window on tip toes. Location great, check in not. Cleaning ladies were there for 30 minutes after our 4pm check in time, and the corporate management company running the property wouldn’t send code until minutes before which is stressful as you have to keep checking the platform. An individual owner would be kinder and more understanding of the fact that we just wanted to have the code; we weren’t planning to check in early. None of this would matter as much if we weren’t paying nearly 2k per night for 1000 feet.

We loved it!

The condo is gorgeous & the location is super convenient, easy walking distance to the downtown restaurants & shopping area. The unit is top notch & exceeded expectations. We loved it & would stay there again. (We super appreciated the nice freebies the owner left for us such as K-cups, sandwich bags, sugar packets, etc.)

Wonderful first time experience on Nantucket!
