Tight quarters
We attended during rainy weather. So we could not take advantage of the very nice deck. Our stay was limited to the indoors. The room is very well constructed with great craftsmanship. But it is just too small. The two of us were tripping over ourselves.

We came here for a little weekend getaway and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be making this a yearly trip.

Perfectly Cozy For The 2 of Us
Super cute and cozy space. Very clean and comfortable. Safe as well! Only a short car ride to town - (a little bit over a mile). Patricia was very responsive and super helpful and friendly! Would stay again.

Memories made!
The train station was a great place to stay for two nights for a family wedding. It was very clean and we loved the little touches…. curling iron, blow dryer, iron, tea, paper plates, silverware, coffee mugs, wine glasses, dish washing soap, shampoo, etc… In addition, excellent coffee, amazing outside space, good size (MINI/college) refrigerator with a little freezer and close to downtown. We walked each morning to downtown. What an amazing walk through all the beautiful neighborhoods. Round trip approximately 3 miles. Overall an amazing stay! Thanks for the memories!

Very clean and had everything you could need- even things we didn’t use like ironing board and curling iron. The bed was comfortable and the towels were new, clean, and plentiful.

Unique Space in Nantucket!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The space is small but unique and has everything you could possibly need. The host provided coffee, along with a French press and regular coffee maker, as well as creamer and seltzer water. They were very responsive to all our inquiries and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and content.

Just what we needed
We needed a place on Nantucket in order to attend a family wedding. We had been vacationing nearby, and because my brother has a big house (occupied by the wedding crowd) nearby and because we knew most of the weekend would be taken up with wedding events, we didn’t need anything fancy. This small room had all we needed: a bed, a bathroom, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The TV was big and easy to watch from bed, so we enjoyed some US Open matches. The owner was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. Uber makes it easy to get around the island. We loved our stay!

nice for one
Lovely large patio, inside was very nice for one but might be a bit tight (as in climbing over your partner to get out of bed) for two. Location is quiet and a bit out of center of town, convenient to bike paths and easy bike to beach and more. French press and coffee beans with grinder were a very nice touch, suggest just a few more dishes (bowls, a couple of small plates) to facilitate breakfast in on that lovely patio.

Perfect hideaway
Loved my stay in this property. It’s nicer than the pics would indicate - no shade meant to the photographer. It’s very quiet. The outdoor space is SO nice. The location was handy as I was interested in biking a lot, and it’s very close to a bike path. Also very close to the Wave, which was convenient. My interactions with the host and property manager were professional and friendly. Would stay here again.

The room was perfect for 2, the AC kept it very cool and the bed was very comfortable. The private deck was also a great thing to have. Would definitely stay here again.

Unique stay in a quaint neighborhood
Just what we wanted for a long weekend getaway. The owner, John was very responsive and helpful. We had our privacy on property. The place is perfect for two average to smaller sized adults, but larger guests may feel the room and beds are too small. The Wave bus is right at the end of the street and a bike shop is located a 15min walk from the property. A bike ride to Cisco brewery, downtown or a few beaches is 45 mins or less and I highly recommend it. A cafe and a couple of restaurants are also within 15 mins walk. Fantastic deck included and is great for a quiet night in or morning coffee…great local whole bean coffee, grinder and drip maker and French press provided. Highly recommend!

Claustrophobic Room
This place is not just small it’s claustrophobic, about one third the size of a standard hotel room. There was no smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector. The only sink had a broken cold water faucet so there was only hot water. Portions of the sink countertop and bathroom walls were covered with black mold. I would not stay here again.

Well Fred, I am certainly pleased I was so accommodating to you. You are an unhappy person. So sorry. There is no black mold and the cold water works. Todays faucets are not as well made as they used to be. Well, I am sorry you are miserable. Good luck with all things in the future. Funny thing to go from consistent 5 stars to 2. Oh well.

Amazing hideaway!
A great hideaway. The photos don’t show the character of the property. The owner was extremely nice. The place had an iron and blow dryer and the owner made sure there was local coffee, creamer and sugar! The outside deck was much larger then expected and plenty of towels provided. Perfectly located to town and beaches via bike. Will definitely book again!

Amazing Host!
The home is cute and cozy. Relatively in the middle of the island, so you can get anywhere in a short time. But the best part of the house is the owner. He went above and beyond anything we could have needed while we were there (and even before we arrived). He makes you feel like family and offers all kinds of help with your trip. If I ever make it back to Nantucket, I hope to stay here again!

Great quiet getaway
Loved the rental, location is a bit away from downtown but only a 10-15 minute drive. I rented a scooter for my trip which was perfect for the commute. Was a bit sandy but otherwise very clean - very comfortable bed. The owner was great and even though I had a booking issue on my end, he was very understanding and flexible. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Very Nice Room
The place was located not to far from town, easy walk or bike ride. The interior was immaculate and well maintained, the outside deck is starting to look worn. My only irritation was the accuracy of the listed price.....listed as $195 per night but by the time you add the "owners fees" of $50 for an "extra person" and $40 for cleaning the room.....if I have to pay extra for my wife to stay with me, there should be at least a second cup left in the room.....

Great long weekend
Perfect spot for 2 to spend a quiet weekend/long weekend. Easy enough bike to and from town and easy access to Cisco beach or the Brewery via bike path as well. Great TV in case you need to hunker down on a rainy day. Great deck out back to hang out after a day at the beach as well!

Room is small but got the job done. There’s a coffee pot, fridge, microwave, and an electric grill outside. If we go again we’ll probably find a place with a full kitchen/dining room.

Everything but the kitchen sink
This little apartment had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It was our own "tiny apartment" on Nantucket. I think if we were there for longer we would've needed access to a kitchen but this place had a fridge and microwave and grill outside. Everything else was provided: sheets, towels, etc.
