“I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. When I arrived, I was told that the property was oversold and that my confirmed reservation could not be honored. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of effort to resolve it. No alternative accommodations were offered, no assistance was provided in finding another hotel, and there was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. After a long day of travel, being turned away without support is unacceptable. Overbooking……

“The room was as described with a large bathroom. It was clean and had all the amenities needed. I was told a keurig coffee maker was in the unit but there was only a drip coffee maker, which was fine. The pull out sofa came in handy when our friends decided to join us last minute and were unable to find availability elsewhere. The resort was within perfect location to downtown for Bottlerock. The restaurant on site was good with a great wine list. Would definitely book again and recommend for……
