「The unit was exactly as described - no surprises there at all and the host made herself readily available. The condo building is older but well kept. I would recommend this location and unit for 1-2 people. We enjoyed our stay and would consider a repeat in the future.」

「We had a wonderful visit. This property has it all. Kids had a blast with the many pools and onsite activities. Beautiful property- very clean and updated. Owners were great to work with. Can’t wait to go back!」

「Booked here for location - it is so easy to walk to beach from here and unit was well stocked with all essentials. A few minor housekeeping/maintenance issues and really rough around the edges communication from host is the reason for 4 stars, but location can’t be beat.」

「The condo was very nice and just as listed. Condo and property well maintained. The only thing I would have liked is to have an outlet in the bedroom for my phone. There's no clock so I need to use my phone for an alarm for early morning fishing, but there was no place to plug it in. That's a very tiny thing though. Otherwise, everything was great.」

「Fabulous location for Old Naples, very walkable to 5th, 3rd and the beach. Spacious condo with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Friendly staff on-site, free parking, free bikes and beach gear all available. Great pool on the waterfront and garden too with a great pool bar with snacks (12-6 daily). Decor is tired/dated but clean in the condo but the space and location make up for it. We will stay here again.」

「Unit is very spacious for a 1 br. Equipped with everything you will ever need. If I were the host, I'd write that they have beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards/hair dryer/beach towels. These are important and could be the difference between your unit and another VRBO.」

「We’ve stayed at Eagles Nest 3 years and really like it. The only issues are the elevators (1 of 2 was out of service periodically) and the pool was closed for 24 hours because of pump issue.」
