Welcome to the heart of beautiful, sunny Naples! Your new home away from home.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is centrally-located in the Downtown of Naples. Everything is within walking distance or minutes drive away. Shops, restaurants, bars, & the beach. You’ll love your time spent here in downtown.

This is a vacation apartment that I'm sure you would love and appreciate. Enjoy soaking up the sun by the pool or roam around the area. The place is conveniently close to the center of town, miles of white, sugar sand beaches, and several local attractions, this apartment is a fantastic home base that can accommodates up to 6 people for that next trip to Naples!

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and entertain, and the spacious living and dining rooms provide plenty of room to relax and unwind. There is space for parking. The bright spacious house will make you feel clean and comfortable!

The home has fully furnishings. Enjoy a stylish experience at this place.

The whole apartment can be accessed by the guest.

I will not be available when you check in or during your stay because we value your privacy. However, if you need anything or if you have concerns or questions feel free to contact me.

The apartment is centrally-located, and you can everything in the area such as restaurants, hospital, market, convenience store, parks and others. There is parking space in the location.
Please do not leave windows open when not in residence.
This will prevent rain and/or unwanted pest from entering into your unit.

You are responsible for the removal of your trash. There is a dumpster outside the building for disposal.

Smoking or Vaping will result in an additional $300.00 cleaning fee.

Convenient and practical

We had a nice stay at this apartment, which we chose mainly due to its location and also because it allows pets. Reservation, check in and checkout ran smoothly. The host was attentive and prompt to communicate with us. Charming downtown Naples and all the beautiful beaches are just a stone throw away from the property. The swimming pool at the facility turned out to be a plus. We recommend this apartment.

Property not ready for renters

We've stayed in various rentals in Old Naples and had great experiences. This condo was in a decent location and was clean, but lacked many basic supplies/amenities that you would expect. We had to buy TP, paper towels, laundry soap, a beach umbrella, plastic wrap, etc. No cleaning supplies at all. Not even a dustpan and brush. Had to request more towels. Also, none of the blinds worked, the slider to the lanai didn’t work properly. They did fix a chirping smoke detector. We enjoyed Naples and our time there despite the rental.
