The only thing my husband and I liked about our stay was the park it was in. It was quite, people were friendly, heated pool, and daily activities. Now for the trailer it self was dirty, host personal belongings were left out, bed not comfortable, only main door was a screen door that didn't lock very well so items not very secure, main bedroom is on a sunporch not very private at all, blinds broken not complete, not much hot water so showers had to be VERY! quick 2-3 mins max! Toliet didnt work very well. T.V. only had a few channels when it did work.

Lack of tv and internet
If you want to watch television or have internet this is not the place to rent. We had internet/television 5 days and none for 13 days. The host seemed to think it was our responsibility to correct the problem. A storm door offers very little security and was very difficult to lock. Only 2 bath towels were provided. The lock box is two inches from the ground, I had to lay on the ground to open it. This is the first VRBO we visited that did not have detailed information regarding the area and the facility.

Really?
This is not a beach cottage but an older trailer with an additional lanai contains the LR and one bedroom that had no windows. Despite multiple attempts I was unable to get the owner to put cable TV or even get reliable WiFi. The beach was a 10 min ride and the community is very nice. This was a COVID escape for me but was way overpriced for what I received. Keep looking

Internet and Tv problems.
Since we first got there there was issues with tv going out internet not strong enough and no cable for tv. I spoke to owner abs she had someone come and put a box in. There was a problem with it and we replaced it with one that was sent. But the internet needed to be stronger to do tv and phones etc. it was a hassle the whole time we were there. Then we had to leave two days earlier and we’re surprised we could not get a refund ! Owner wanted to give us two days for free but we won’t be needed as we bought something. Really wish we could get two days back for all the hassle abs needing to Leavr
