Disappointed in the outdoor space. Furniture was dirty with rodent droppings. Pool area was unkempt cobwebs everywhere, screened enclosure was ripped making the enclosure pretty much useless. The property managers knew how many people were staying at the residence. Left less than one towel apiece for the week. No linen on sofa beds. Again they had to know we needed all the beds. Mater bath toilet making loud noise when flushed. Called for repair. No one responded.

- Vacation Rentals of Florida (VROF) company operates outside of VRBO rules and wants to privately communicate - compromising safety promised by VRBO. - VROF added hundreds of dollars of extra fees after booking or they will cancel your booking. These fees are NOT listed when you think you pay your full amount on VRBO - County Code enforcement knocking on door during rental period- VROF was NOT permitted to have this rented out! Cops showed up too! - VROF REQUIRED you to email a photo copy of drivers license, photo of credit card, and "selfie" to prove you purchased.....NOT SAFE! All through private email, not safe VRBO portal - Marketed as "sleeps 10" but only 3 bath towels - MOST Items marked as "supplied" were not supplied by VROF - ANTS in kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom - Broken glass in rug cut a person in our family. Our family will NEVER rent from Vacation Rentals of Florida ever again! Not an ethical company and looking to scam.
