You’ll wish your vacation would never end at this fabulous three-bedroom, two and a half-bath dream home in the heart of Naples Park. The home’s every detail is impeccably designed and boasts contemporary finishes, a versatile layout, protective impact windows, and highly coveted southern exposure, perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine.
Location- Residential neighborhood (Naples Park)
With a bike ride or a short drive to the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach, you can forget about sticky commutes stuck in traffic. There are loads of family-friendly amenities up and down the shoreline, including beach beds, umbrellas, and water toys, beachfront dining, golfing, and a handful of four-star resorts. Just to the north is Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park, which claims to harbor one of the world’s most pristine beaches, in addition to walking trails through the coastal forest and mangroves, fishing, boating, picnicking and more. For nightlife and shopping, head to Tamiami Trail or Mercato, where you’ll find it all ‘Florida style,’ including unbeatable happy hours and live entertainment.

Step outside to the sbackyard where the real magic begins. The brand-new heated pool offers the perfect way to cool off or enjoy a nighttime swim.
