Florida Vacation

Parkshore was always an accommodating, clean and beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately, the new management has failed in many ways. The floors were filthy, one TV did not work for a few days and no hair dryers. we were unaware we had to remove garage and had to place in a huge metal garbage tote outdoors. There were no outdoor lights in front of rooms for safety, no smoke alarms and the elevator did not work the last day when we needed to use it. There was no complimentary coffee or pool towels available as was previously. Customer service was at a minimum except for Bea who tried to help us in every way.
